Both New Zealand and Pakistan are equally good team and its difficult to say which team will win the match. Both teams now got one point each and now both teams won't have margin to lose if they want to play the semis. The drizzle which started at toss got heavier with time. Its first game of Group 2, so its difficult to say which team got advantage of this wash out. I don't think it is a big relief for Pakistan as the match has been abandoned for rain. The odds was a bit in favour of New Zealand in this match. But Pakistan team is quite good enough. Sharma ji ka ladka saving his best for the important encounters, I hope lol. Dube is seriously underrated player in this line up. His 10 off 22 types of innings always does the trick in the backend and provides enough cushion and sometimes takes score above par, i still don't trust his dibbly doobly bowling tho

Not sure whether it is a relief or not. New Zealand was one of the weakest teams in their group and remaining matches for Pakistan will be against England and Sri Lanka. Winning against either of these teams will be quite difficult. And in order to qualify for the semi-finals, they probably need to win at least two of their three matches. Not big names in their squad but SL is more consistent but England rely on very few players to win matches so SL is going in as the favorites to win this match and also the home venue will be an added advantage for them in all their super 8 games.
