New Zealand opens inning first with Finn Allen and Tim Siefert and among the openers Allen give a good start to the team by scoring 23 runs but Siefert losses his wicket early on 8 runs and in middle order Rachin Ravindra played a well knock of 32 runs and also Mitchell Santner played a well innings of 47 runs and at the end of the innings New Zealand set a strong target of 169 runs. Sri Lanka opens inning with Pathum Nissanka and Kusal Mendis and both the openers don't give a positive start to the team by and Mendis scores only 11 runs and also Nissanka losses his wicket early on duck and then the team was panicked and struugled in batting but  in middle order Kamindu Mendis played good inning of 31  runs and also Wellalage played a well knock of 29 runs but Sri Lanka can't chase the target successfully and scores only 107 runs and New Zealand won the game by 61 runs.

Sri Lanka did not perform well at all in today's match as a result they lost by a huge margin of 61 runs. At the same time, New Zealand took a step forward in the semi-final game with this big win. With New Zealand's win today, Pakistan's dream of playing the semi-final has faded a lot. Because after playing two matches, New Zealand is currently ranked second in the group with 3 points and they still have one more match in their hands. On the other hand, Pakistan is third in the points table with 1 point from two matches. They have another match ahead of them and if they can defeat the opposing team by a big margin in that match and if New Zealand loses to England, then only if Pakistan has a higher net run rate will they be able to play the semi-final. I agree that team is totally lost without Pathum Nissanka who went out without scoring and his lack of attacking during powerplay was sad to home country. This huge win improved Net Run Rate of New Zealand to +3.050, which basically hurt Pakistani because they now had to be beaten badly by England just to stay alive. As you thought bowlers of New Zealand were weak, I think that they showed top play on difficult pitch, while Sri Lanka only played too much in fear of losing.

I was waiting for this game very much because India lost their first match after 12 back to back wins in ICC tournament of T20 World Cup, their batting line up collapsed, nothing great by Abhishek Sharma and other middle order batsmen but losing is a part of game. They should learn from their mistakes, and I think a single loss cannot change the entire picture for the World Champions. Today is going to be against Zimbabwe, but at the same time India could not take them lightly as they did against South Africa.

This is going to be a boring as well as completely one-sided match. We all saw how Zimbabwe lost to West Indies by a 100 plus run margin. They qualified to Super8 through sheer luck, and that luck seems to have run out by now. And for India, this is a do or die match. There is no room for complacency or any sort of experimenting. Abhishek Sharma's form is a concern, and from what I head Rinku Singh will be replaced by Sanju Samson for today's match. And Sanju is quite good against weak teams such as Zimbabwe (although he made just 22 against Namibia in the group stage).

Today India is going to face Zimbabwe and in this match Zimbabwe will want to defeat India although it is very unlikely. But in recent times we can see that Zimbabwe's performance is very good at times, in that case if they play a great game against India then it will be challenging for India. Since both the teams are currently with 0 points in the points table, the team that wins will be able to collect two points and will have some chances. India still has a chance if they can defeat Zimbabwe then they will have a chance later. But I think today's match will be quite a competitive fight between India and Zimbabwe, although India is strong in this match but it would be a mistake to underestimate Zimbabwe. So today's match is very important for India to win if they want to qualify for the T20 World Cup then today's match is necessary for them to win.

This series match between England and Pakistan was quite interesting because in this match,m Pakistan set a target of 164 run which is a good run if you look at it in 20 over but the team they were playing against was also not less.They have also won many match but Pakistan is not so weak that they can easily lose the match, but in this match, the England team proved Pakistan bowling wrong and completed the target they had set themselves, and they achieved it with five ball left. If Pakistan had put in a little more effort, maybe they could have won this match. result could have been something else. England PTS is higher in the table than pakistan. Pakistan should have won this match in any case, but on the other hand, England player Harry Brook motivated his other players a lot by scoring a full century, which created a passion and madness in the team.

After a six and a four by Farhan, the bowler tried a perfect yorker and L.B.W Farhan got out. Now ranking is in focus in this group like which team is going to stay at top because most chances that New Zealand can over through England due to their better bowling. Matt Henry took 2 wickets on first balls of 1st and 3rd over which brought Sri Lankan morale down while Rachin Ravindra was also impressive by getting 4 wickets.

Today two games on cart, first is going to be one of the best where West Indies is facing South Africa and in second match, India going to be tested by Zimbabwe or India to dominate to increase their run rate. T20 world cup at its peak today and on upcoming days as well but I plan to stay away from any betting due to unpredictable matches.

And the miracle has happened. West Indies has ended their innings at 176/8 from 83/7. West Indies might have scored 190+ runs if South Africa bowlers failed to do well in the last 2 overs. The 7th wicket partnership has changed the game today. Now there could be a tough fight between them. Otherwise, South Africa would win the match easily. WI has given a decent target, but the odds is completely in favour of South Africa now.

Wow, did anyone think West Indies could score 176? West Indies lost 7 wickets for 83 runs, then I thought West Indies would not be able to score 130+ runs but in the end West Indies managed to score 176 runs, I was surprised to see that. Romario Shepherd and Jason Holder both performed brilliantly which is why the score was so big, they both made a huge partnership of 89 runs off 57 balls. Romario Shepherd was unbeaten on 52 runs, while Jason Holder was out on 49 runs, but if both of them could have completed half-centuries then it would have been even better. Anyway, now the target of 177 runs is not bad, if West Indies bowling line can do well then West Indies can win. Now let's see which team can win in the end.
