Bowling performance of West Indies Women squad in beginning of match was quite goodand they also managed to take some important wickets. But in last few overs Australia Women squad succeeded in collecting 100+ scores. Australia women squad was begun this first match with batting and batters were managed to collect 164 scores off 20 overs inning. Ellyse Perry and Beth Mooney batters were played wonderful batting inning and both built strong and long batting partnership and both were collected 36 and 79 scores respectively. West Indies women squad was fell short by 43 scores and their batters just achieved 121 scores. I think that these pitches in New Zealand are not very good. When there is a big difference between one innings and another, we can definitely blame the pitch, especially when two strong teams are playing. And I am not just saying this based on the statistics of one match, but the results were similar in all three matches. The gap from one innings to the next is very large in all three.

I am not enjoying this series between New Zealand and South Africa at all. The pitch does not provide equal facilities for bowlers and batters, but behaves unpredictably. However, the result of the match depends on the toss, although there was an exception in the second match, I will consider it an accident. Today was the 2nd match of the T20 series between Australia Women and West Indies Women. Australia women scored 164 runs in the 1st match as well and scored 164 runs in this match as well. Actually the target of 164 runs was not a big target but we cannot call it a bad target. But everyone expected more runs from the Australian women batsmen. On the other hand, the West Indies Women scored 147 runs and Australia Women won by 17 runs. Hayley Matthews did well for the West Indies and scored 56 off 41 balls. To be honest, before the match started I thought the Australian women would win and in the end it happened. Australia women won the series with 1 match remaining.

Close match, but Australia pulled through and made it 2-0. Batting first, Australia Women put up a total of 164/5. I thought that it will be another one-sided match, but Hayley Matthews had other ideas. Even after she lost Qiana Joseph at the other end, Hayley went on scoring runs. She got good company from Stafanie Taylor and Deandra Dottin. But in the end, asking rate of 8.5 runs per over proved to be a bit too much for them. Alana King was the architect of Australian win, and she returned miserly figures of 4-0-25-2. Also need to mention Kim Garth and Georgia Wareham, who bowled economically.

In 20 overs, South Africa gave a target of 164 runs and it is possible to defend such target on New Zealand pitches. From New Zealand side there is no such innings that can help the team in winning the match. The whole New Zealand team got out in 18.5 overs and series is now once again levelled.
