for example if you want 100 usd steam wallet you pay 77 usd via btc or webmoney

I have every amounts that you want. usually work only 1x 50 or 2x 50 or 3x50 like this or higher amount

I do not think it's fair for you to simply accuse people like this, if you have a proof against him post away, the fact that his topic is not self-moderated is a good sign that if others were scammed they would have said so.

having said this i by no means think anybody should blindly trust this user, neither should he trust anyone else, simply use forum escrow to stay protected.

I would like to know how you obtained those cards. Are these cracked or stolen gift cards? If they are , then users who redeem those cards will be risking their steam account and might receive some sort of infraction on their account. Unless they are legitimately obtained, I wouldn't recommend anyone to risk using these cards.

no bro all of the cards that im sending or legit and there is no problem after activision. coustomers should active this cards under 3 minutes because i get these cards from many suppliers and i dont trust them about high times more than 5 minutes some of them selling these cards again to another one thats the only problem and because of that im saying you should activating under 3 minutes and inform me

Then there is high chances that you are reselling cards that are stolen, cracked or bought online using stolen credit cards. Did the person you are buying from provide you any sort of proof of purchase (invoice or a picture of a scratched card)? I guess not.  And funny that you are buying from a person who you do not trust  .

yes he provide both receipt of purchase and clear picture of the card please dont tell me about this stuff. im working gift cards about two years

i know about my rank but rank is not everything i saw many people who trying to scam people with high level

We're doing a virtual thing, I agree that high ranking people can still scam people but it's more likely to happen to those who are low ranking. You registered in 2017 though but you are still a newbie, I expect you knew all about how ranking works here.

I am willing to vouch for you, if you are giving me a vouch then expect me to give a feedback after 1 month after I use it to my steam account because I need to test it out first if my account will be in a good condition against fraud.
