Grin is a new coin and I have heard a lot about it. Bitcointalk forum admin has started to accept grin as a payment method. Is it worthy to invest in grin now? The current price is $4.50 or something like that. What do you think? Will it increase or decrease more?

I think Grin have a huge chance to succeed, the distribution is fair as compared to projects like Zcash that comes with alot of criticism and since it is not been listed on many exchanges I expect the price to grow. I see this having higher Marketcap than ZCash and Dash in coming months. For me adding like 5% of its to your portfolio worth the risk

no one knows where this coin is going. just invest when you feel the time is right. invest when it hits the bottom. its leveling around 3.85 . so take your pick. theres also a chance it will hit 50$ if you are a long term holder. company is doing good things imo. if i had more money i would invest. but my bitcoin got hacked so i need to buy in again.

It's not a good investment if no one actually use it, or only use it for solely for hodl. Grin has its potential, but seems overpriced at the moment. It doesn't have a proper wallet and windows wallet. Meanwhile, BEAM has better UI, structure, and economics.
But the fact that GRIN is so difficult to mine --only with 6GB+ cards-- make the coin isn't "evenly" distributed. Thus make it, very scarce and easy to manipulate.

I think it would be wise move to buy 1 000 grin and hold it for some time, but current price (7 $) is high and overhyped for coin with unlimited supply. 1-2 $ is perfect enter point, as for me. But who knows, how much this coin will be cost in the near future - looks like Grin definitely will be listed on all major exchanges and price can skyrocket easily. |

I think the Grin is one of the most promising coins this year. It is like AION, HAT, and ETC. Also accepted on the forum as payment for copper membership. And for me on my opinion that was so potential alts and profitable. |

If you had invested at the moment when you asked, you already have profited 170%. I was surprised to see the price. Yesterday, it was $4 and now it is $12. I still hope that it will go further high before the bearish signal.

Guys, luckily yesterday I had bought 30 grin as a test @$5.10 and just now sold those. It was a good investment for me although I was not able to sell at $12+ and now I am thinking of buying some more once it goes below $8. Buyinh beyond $8 will be a risky investment.

most probably not.
of course if you are a trader then it is a different situation. right now there is a lot of hype and because of it a lot of ups and downs. a trader can ride these fluctuations to make good amount of profit but it requires high speed trading and a lot of risk taking.
other than that, when a coin is new in the market and is showing a huge volatility then it is not such a good idea to get on board of it that fast.

Nobody can say if it will increase or not.

Since Grin has infinite supply, it is more designed to be a coin than an investment. I like it, but I will not invest in it. I expect it to have somewhat the fate of Dogecoin from the price point of view, meaning that sooner or later it will fall, and fall... |

I expect it to have somewhat the fate of Dogecoin from the price point of view, meaning that sooner or later it will fall, and fall... That's what theymos also said but initially, at least for now to some more couple of months, grin is still a good investment. Although I am not going invest in it anymore if it doesn't go lower to my range. I already have made some bucks from it. I was lucky to get into earlier and already sold for almost 2.5x return within a day. |

It is very difficult to predict whether this coin will be able to increase in the future. And in General, personally I am now very concerned about new projects, unfortunately we do not know what to expect from the already well-known projects, so personally I will refrain from new in this market. |

Honestly I really love the concept, use cases and the teams of Grin coin so I can say that it's a good to invest in it. Disregard otjers who say grin was overpriced, Grin worth its current price.

Currently, Grin market movement is increasing in spite of this bearish market which is still in effect but still it is not a guarantee that it will maintain the direction towards prosperity like i have observed the performance of Tron and Ripple which are become quiet for now after the series of pump. If you are still in doubt of your investments then better invest only you can afford to lose until the bullish market will start as i see Grin commodity is feasible to the masses too. |

Grin has anonymous developer and ICO , that make it somewhat similar to BTC but on other side I read it is more difficult to transact (means less transaction and less demand) and infinite supply ( means coin will be minted with each block) so it might be short term gain or good gain in a year , due to hype or exchange listing but I am not hopeful in long term.

I did not understanding about fundamental analysis of this coin, but i know this coin listed and tradeable in gate.io and this exchange is very good because they has feature of trigger price that we can use it for stop loss, so if we are interesting to buy Grin just remember to use stop loss for risk management.
