If a project already have the fund to startup why they would seek investors! Speaking from an investor point of view the Softcap is actually protecting investors money because the Softcap should be an indication of how the minimum amount of mount a certain project needs to launch its product and if there is Softcap set then a project can take investors money and just spent it on a project that they know they will not complete. And as for the bounty hunters, it is time to start taking bounty hunting as a hubby and a side thing, not as the main income and do not really rely on it anymore because even if the market recovered Bounty hunting will never be the same as it was back in 2017 it is over.

Many projects are already doing so. They already have money for the development of their product and conduct ICO and bounty company just to spread information about their project and gather community. I think it's the right thing to do.

I will start investing in ICOs if
1) they can afford funds on there own to run there projects and stop relying on softcaps and hardcaps(investors money) which is why its the perfect haven for scammers ,you want to create a project that is very promising and you don't have the funds just move on ,no matter how good the project is if the hardcap is not achieved its goodbye

2)the waiting game is annoying ,if they follow my 1st idea there won't be anything holding them back especially bounty rewards ,nowadays you have to wait months for ICO to end and keep praying it become successful so as to get your rewards and the term successful from any ICO is from 'achievement of hardcaps ' this days not what the project is here to deliver ,there are still good projects out there that never launch ICO and they are doing better

The fact of the matter is that those projects that have money for their own development, themselves implement their projects or create at least a working sample.
Thanks to this they can attract much more funds. And as a rule, such projects collect the required amount of investment at the preliminary sales stage.

I will start investing in ICO only if the market completely falls first and it will take some time when prices will start to grow again.

Were you really into investing in ICO before now?
If you are, these won't be your criteria before investing into any coin, because there are projects that still perform well in the crypto space, even on exchange, despite all odds.
Most times, developers or project CEOs first fund projects themselves, but might be looking for initial capital in form of investment, to startup a project.

I think it might be possible to start investing in ICO if I see a good ICO and atif developers in the forums they run, they are responsive and not confused if there is a question.
and for the remainder I will see what concepts they are running for the future and how they will impact. maybe I would be more careful to make my choice towards the ICO

I like the conditions you put forward. However, they are unlikely to find a response from the developers of new projects.
If the team of a new project has money for its implementation, then it is easier for them to implement it and then sell the finished product. So they can make much more money.

I will start investing in ico if I already have the capital and confidence, and enough knowledge. because the investment in ico must be based on research, such as whether the ico product is good, the team is convincing, it has reached the softcap, many members are doing promotions, like that, if all is good I will start investing.

I don't agree with you. If team have enough funds, why they should make an ICO. ICO is a type of collecting funds, maybe you mean that the project must already have softcap before starting ICO?

I personally, will start investing again in crypto if:
- I have found the very interesting projects with the real products to be produced tomorrow in the future.
_ I will really invest if I really know the track record of the team members offering the projects.

I will start investing in a particular ICO if they have successful private sales, so even if they did not reach softcap in their public sales the project will still go on, but of course, the project should be transparent enough on how they held their private sales so people will know what companies invested in their project.

I will invest in ICO if their team provides a guarantee, for example, the funds are returned 100% if the project does not reach the target. it is mandatory for me to ensure that the team works professionally.

now believe in the project? even many ico projects that initially did not have progress at all then made a token of sale in the hope that the funds could be used so the project would run. before making their token sale show their potential by developing and achieving goals before sales, only ico is an additional way for the project to develop

Thank you very much. You have just hit an important point. An ICO should be able to finance their project with the crowdfunding they do through ICOs.

If their project is unique and very promising why not, it is good to invest with these ICO's just do your own research so that you will earn a decent profit.

if you want to invest in Iico I suggest you calculate your profits very mature. because we know that there are many ico tokens that don't reach their ico prices. this will be a bad investment experience for investors if the team does not have the ability to grow the market price of their products.

I believe with the way you think like that will not take you to invest on an ICO at all, like it or not, at this moment it still not easy to get rid of any scammer that occur in crypto world. Also waiting is one of the things that can't be separated in any investment, better it's crypto or another kind of investment.

The market isn't perfectly moving, we are stuck up and it makes investing ICO don't give us assurance for making profit. Not exactly we afraid of losing but isn't that wise to be involve in that matters ended with negatives.
I experienced  investing ICO before during bull runs and it is good but I just shock when it dumps more than 50% of my investment. So decided to stop now and wait when the market recover.

I think all kind of investment has it's own risk, and crypto is also the same. and it would be depends on us whether dare to take the risk or not.
Just like when we wish to invest on any real world business, if we are afraid about the risk, then we will end up not investing on anything at all.

If they stop depending on investors money and start with their own fund, they do not need to run an ICO. You possibly have no idea what ICO is. It's for the people who have a good idea to build but do not have enough fund to run the idea. They collect fund from the investors. You can also compare this with IPO.
