I will start investing in ICOs if
1) they can afford funds on there own to run there projects and stop relying on softcaps and hardcaps(investors money) which is why its the perfect haven for scammers ,you want to create a project that is very promising and you don't have the funds just move on ,no matter how good the project is if the hardcap is not achieved its goodbye

2)the waiting game is annoying ,if they follow my 1st idea there won't be anything holding them back especially bounty rewards ,nowadays you have to wait months for ICO to end and keep praying it become successful so as to get your rewards and the term successful from any ICO is from 'achievement of hardcaps ' this days not what the project is here to deliver ,there are still good projects out there that never launch ICO and they are doing better

If they invest theyr own money then there is no need for ICO Smiley I think there is alot of projects where devs invest themselves , even life savings , but its not enough . There is few projects out there that was sucesfull , but remember that like 80-90% of the projects will sooner or later die , because there is no use case for them .

The first point just contradicts the very essence of ICO. First of all, you need to look at the amount (hardcap) that the project wants to collect. If it is too high, or vice versa is very small, this should raise suspicion.

based on sales alone it's not enough I guess. because the nominal achievement is made for the needs of the platform. if the number requested is not realistic it could be a scam. but until now what I have done is to assess the team and the concept of the project.

If developers can afford funds, there is no need for them to come to the crypto market to source for fund, I feel government involvement through regulation and policy formulation can help reduce the scammers in the space and also increase the cryptocurrency market trend.
Cryptocurrency platform is not a get rich quick platform, you must be ready to wait to earn.

Of course, if the project has its own product, which it successfully develops, then I am sure that everything else will be wonderful. Just today there are real problems with this. therefore, many investors simply do not invest.

Well maybe some of your point might be right but do you think there will be ICO in the first instance if they have enough money to work with the project. The reason why many project startup run ICO is to find enthusiast investors that will be the earlier adopter of their project. I support having some capital to be used for development and further support it by launching ICO but it all determine about risk. Many of this project do not know maybe they will be successful with the proposal and they do not want to risk their money. That is the reason why they always rely on investors money.

if you want to start investing in ICO again it seems likely you should be able to choose ico which can give you profits and at least the capital you use can grow, and the most important thing is that you should be able to avoid project scams that will threaten your assets.

Remember that ICO always give you loss except you have make sure that your ICO target and able to achieve your goal as investment.
Personally I better trade on bitcoin rather than ICO because I've seen most of my friend experience losses on them.

The chance of winning is like 1:100

If you don't invest in ICO then you won't have to bother doing nonsense post. Launching an ICO surely needs funds but it does not mean they are going to get those funds in their own wallet. Also they are crowdfunding their project to see that investors really are patronizing it and in that method they will know their project will be a success or not.

I will also invest in ICO if only the market has started to recover because the market conditions greatly affect the ICO which will be more likely for us to succeed in investing in the ICO.

The harsh reality now is that people do not invest in ICO because instead of profit they get losses. It is much more profitable to pick up coins at the bottom after listing coins. So I will start investing in ICO if the situation changes radically))

I like your thinking, indeed if the developer has at least the funds for the initial development, I think they think too much about softcaps or hardcaps. so no matter how much money they get they will still run the project. so there is no longer a very long and extended ico.

they always think of achieving their project targets, after that they always don't care for the next development when the target softcap or hardcap is reached I mean this is only a team that is not serious. in fact, the team should be very concerned about the project they manage and the next stage of development when it's already on the stock exchange.

I think that if you want to invest in new projects, then you better wait for the project to appear on the exchange. You can see how far the project started. And if the project develops successfully and the market situation is good now you can buy tokens of this project.

I will invest ICO if I have a lot of capital because capital is the most important thing to be able to participate. I invest in ICO if the product offer is attractive and has a prominent advantage.
