Technology makes everything a lot quicker in our life. Just 30 years ago telephones were a tough thing and not even every single house had them, look at us today with our mobile phones that are "more advance than the technology used in nasa to send spaceship to moon" (which is idiotic considering who uses it is more important).

So, gold could be compared to bitcoin some manner (even though dollar and euro is more comparable to bitcoin than gold is since bitcoin suppose to be money and not a commodity) but the technology is adoptable in our lives much quicker in recent years than the old days where everything was taking so long for people to actually get their hands on. When first cars were made it was the local places that got it first, now when a new innovation happens all world gets it. Bitcoin has that super advantage over gold.

First, gold has existed since the explosion of the supernova star, the time of which no expert can assume, secondly, the price of bitcoin is not tied to gold, like most of the world's currencies, the price of bitcoin depends on the dollar, and the price of the dollar depends on natural resources, here it is a logical chain. People with no internet connection must be choosing gold. Bitcoin is good investment but without recognized by government as currency, bitcoin still a speculation asset. Well thats complete crap.  Gold is mined every year so by your theory as supply increases every year then the price should decrease every year.

Many will think that but the world has big population growth so in theory we have greater demand created regularly.    The majority of India is below 30 and over 1 billion people, this is a nation which is very positive on gold use traditionally.  
Despite an easy assumption otherwise, gold is not old and too archaic for modern use.    However I think some of this latent thinking is in the price and is part of why gold could be said to be cheap relative to its likely prospects.   Its not just Bitcoin which is a growth market, even the well known products can come back into play imo

Price is only one parameter, supply is missing in your equation. When you multiply first parameter and second, you get market cap. Gold market cap is 7 trilion $ and Bitcoin market cap is around 60 milliards $.
