This could turn out interesting. Lord knows how many ICO types have been pooing themselves waiting for the SEC to phone them up and heavy breathe. If they're going to throw their weight around I guess some proper legal precedents need to be defined.

I wholeheartedly agree, the sooner they lay the ground work down, the sooner we can end this bear market.
I'm not 100% sure if it's the lack of regulatory clarity that's actually keeping the market in decline, but I know it must play a vital role.
    I think investors have pulled out and shorted their shares due to the uncertainty. I also think that they could pass an ETF if the manipulation of the market stops.
    Institutional investors would cause quite an influx in the market volume, inevitably giving the price a push.
