Today have posted in topics about bounty like every day. But I received the message from the forum and I was banned.

Your current account supposed to be ban. Your first post is outside of meta. You are not allow to post outside of meta if your previous account has got ban. Only you are allow to create account for ban appeal on meta. Forum ban you a person, not just your account.

There's no official (or unofficial) statute of limitations on plagiarism here.  If you did it at some point in your past and someone catches it and reports it, you suffer the consequences like everyone else.

• Plagiarism: If you copy some text from somewhere, then you should have a good reason for it, and you must link to the source. Doing otherwise is plagiarism. Changing a few words around doesn't matter. If we find that you plagiarized, then you absolutely will be permanently banned, even if we find it years after you did it.

Of course, you can have/use as many accounts as you'd like or want but a ban to one, means a ban to all. Simply because the ban is meant to you as a person not per account.

You couldn't use other accounts after you have received a ban, the one exception is an appeal topic in Meta.

I had 2 accounts before I received the ban. I am not a plagiarist or shirking responsibility. I look forward to leniency
