It is a case of the month of feverreiro and OP has negative feedback left by you because of this case and if OP has not responded to this day is because he does not want to respond. I believe this is the case that someone must create a flag against OP

you should be more considerate of your clients, if you have not yet solved the problem of the person who filed a  scam accusation against you, then you should try to solve that problem. How do you want people to use your site if you are unreliable?

They don't even seem bothered by the accusation and the feedback at all. I mean, if they were legit, they would fight very hard to maintain their reputation around the forum.
I think type 1/Newbie flag would do in this case.

I've created a flag against this user.  His claim that a phishing site is to blame for his users being scammed is somewhat convenient, but not very convincing.

DO NOT USE BITCOIN LAUNDRY!! I took a screenshot of before and after my transaction.
BITCOIN LAUNDRY IS A SCAM! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!
I watched the confirmations and as soon my transaction hit one confirmation, BAMN they changed the receiving address!!
I've messaged their support several times with no response whatsoever.

Before the transaction had one confirmation here's what the session looked like:

Exact Same session ID and as soon as the transaction had one confirmation, they changed the deposit address.

We have a group of crowdfunded individuals, mostly network and software engineers, auditing this website, traffic, addresses, locations and any other identifying information.
So far we have discovered, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO PHISHING SITE IMITATING ANYONE WHATSOEVER. Bitcoin Laundry has been and will take your bitcoin.
They do this by waiting for your transaction to confirm then they change the "Deposit Address". Then, when you send in a support ticket, if you get a reply at all it will be something
like this: "Are you sure you sent it to the correct address? Because we are showing a completely different Deposit Address(The one they changed it to after they have your
bitcoin now in the first address). DO NOT USE BITCOIN LAUNDRY! And pm me to join our efforts with the FTC, FBI and 'https://www.usa.gov/stop-scams-frauds' in locating these criminals.
