have you used vpn? if yes, i would've blocked your funds.

if not, the website should make you aware that you are not allowed to gamble on their page due to your location

and that thing with you withdrew more it's a shit.

and if i would lose? would you give me back the money?..lol

Thank you for the link. I have posted in their main thread, which seems to have a ton and a half of these complaints. Perhaps an action class lawsuit is appropriate, I will update this thread with any progress.

Class suite? Are you mad? If they are from Europe as example and you open a law suite in usa and you'll be fined not them.

Look better in the future where you are going to gamble

It’s illegal to book bets with no intention of paying no matter where you are located. It’s called free rolling customers.

Did you view the screenshot of the chat with cloudbet support? They assured him he could bet knowing his circumstances.

Like I said I’m not making that accusation as I believe this is a misunderstanding. Thanks for your 2 cents though Mr. family guy. Maybe you should mind your own business?

The live chat rep straight up said he was allowed to place bets and would be paid.

I provided the screenshots where the player was upfront about his circumstances and they assured him he could bet.. Did you see the screenshot?

This screenshot is not on the op post now i just read it.

well, as matter of fact, users usually tend to forget these kind of small details such as using a VPN.

regarding not paying, yeah it's illegal for them to block your account for 2 years because they don't feel like paying you. Playing with the letter of the law is never helpful for a simple person.

btw i endorse with this user, i am not against him

I understand... It’s the fact the player made it perfectly clear his circumstances and cloudbet accepted the bets. The terms don’t state citizenship requirements anywhere.

I didn’t mean to get smart with you. It’s just the fact the player asked and was given the green light. Then cloudbet waited till the tennis matches were completed to void the bets.

In other words if the bets lost cloudbet would have booked the coin and wouldn’t have heard a peep from the player.

he should know the american law that he is not allowed to gamble on not authorised websites by the gambling commision ( something like that should be the name)

I don't think this guy fully understands the situation. Let it go. Let's hear from this Ronnie fellow from CloudBet.

Meanwhile, I've registered cloudbetscam.com and will pursue to build it unless our situations are sorted out. If you want to collaborate on this, DM me.

I see he was on vacation, I missed that part, oh if he was in France and they have operating licence is bad to them. Really bad, just a run to the police and make a complaint and can be closed (at least in France) in 5 days.

Anyhow good luck.

Now I have the full view.

Or I stop now giving you any money you have in your balance because you won too much and I don't feel like I want to give to you more

The thing is his friend traveling with him lost almost a bitcoin recently and they didn’t ask for KYC. If KYC is that important they should require it to make your first deposit:)

If that’s the case his friends bets should be voided also since they claim they won’t take the bets.

His friend accepted the loss and moved on. Cloudbet should pay the winnings and move on. That’s how gambling works.

This is one of the bets.

They sure would take his funds if he had lost a big amount. Very good move from OP to provide them his Russian documents after they declined his withdrawal with some weak excuse.

Now cloudbet has no other choice than releasing the player funds. Or will they come up with another excuse?

@OP: Good luck. 1.7 BTC is an amount to fight for. Don't give in if they try to come up with some crappy deal like refunding your start balance or whatever.

Exactly... they would have booked that loss so fast.
