I may know the reason why, because in that certain website through affialiate program they can gain coins that can be used on steam accounts, much more than if they will just buy loads from steam.

How it Works

If you can use escrow to hold the funds for payment you can give sign ups fast but since most people here on the forum is smart enough not to waste their time signing up for one and not get paid it will be hard for you to get some refs

The reason it is doesnt appear real is the referal code is exactly the same so how is OP going to seperate payments from anyone else with that same code really.
Also if you are new to the forum, as least mention your twitter or something where you existed more then a few days.   In this case the most obvious thing would be to offer to add people on steam and you would have more then a shell account

Im tired to make public all of my profile either between CS:GO and Dota 2. First to mention that i do hate those scammers sending out you some link
since they can able to view your profile sending out phishing links.

Second, this is just indeed referral using up your giftcode. This is an easy task for $3 actually and im eyeing if someone got paid.I've tried out to

I'm doing this because of the affiliate programs, when I enter my code, I get one part of the coins. If there are more people, I get more coins.
This is not an easy task, you have to play one match on the site, so I get the coins, and you get paid.
I can not get to your steam account. All I need is to type in my code, but before that you have to play one game.

He probably does not want your information. He only wants to use you to type in the code to get the money. But the risk is that they will not pay in the end.
