On a serious note, nothing looks frustrating than participating on ICO which END date has already be known but eventually the Manager of the term management come up to announce to the bounty participant that the END has been extended to 2~5.
Some time ago i participated on a bounty were i almost spend 9 months and the campaign still continues, just too annoying.

In the case of a project constantly shifting their date for the end of sem there are a few things involved firstly investment could have been influenced due to the market or the project is not just good enough and in a case where the project is not good enough even shifting the deadline for ending ico, it may not likely guarantee that the team get all the money they need for the project.
However in the case of boundaries of over a year which has not been listed on exchange this is very similar because for every bounty they are investors who have invested in the project so this means that the investors money and also stock in this case it is either the project team is not serious or they are working on the product and waiting for the perfect time to list on exchange.

That sounds suspicious from them.Better read their reviews on google and determine their updates in telegram whether they are still having project development update. And try to observe on telegram what are the feedbacks of the other group member there.

Just try to move from there to another campaign. How long you will wait for your coin to get listed on the exchange site? The developer has been losing its credibility. You don't even know about how much worth for your token after it being listed on exchange site.

I have experienced this, extended the time and never put tokens in exchange even if they really did not pay at all. In my opinion it was the way they tried to cheat investors and bounty hunters, put on a small exchange and they just left

What bounty are you referring to?

Worst case scenario will be for you to open up a scam accusations against them for not fulfilling what they should have been done for 1 year.

Of course, I will be disappointed for not getting my rewards from that campaign. You work hard to promote them and now what? Nothing. That's the risk in bounties though, there's no assurance whatsoever that you're going to be paid in time.

I believe many people already give advice about " alternative " income, strategy or job that we can use to recover our asset, do you have it?. Stay calm, see again your plan and analyze again. That means trust mate if we stay with our asset in crypto, and moving forward until the end of an ICO specially when you're a bounty participant. Your journey will not end just in a one glance, but it's within the timeline as you go through the roadmap of a particular  project timeline. However we need to focus more on the development and don't ever be intimidated by those negative romurs that could ruine your visions, towards your dedication for a very serious matter that will help every hardwork becomes successful.

I will decide to quit this bounty because is indicate this project was FAIL. Why you still want to participate almost 1 year, have you don't even feel bored? huh?
more long bounty running, more people will participate, less bounty reward you get...

I just came from a long bounty, I think I'm like 5-6 months on this campaign and the project looks solid and legit so I don't have any qualms that the campaign will pay in Q1 and be listed in a exchange.

But in your case, it looks for me that a lot of bounties are going that route because of the conditions of the market, but for me it's not fair to all participants. They should provide the other part of the bargain we can consider this shady and could be a potential scam. And I'm sure that when you questioned or attack them in their official bounty we will be kick out instantly for even asking that sort of questions.
