bubbles happen in any market and bitcoin is not an exception to this rule either. we have had many bubbles some of which were big in the past 10 years. they are not a reason to "worry" though! in this case your topic is about 13-14 months too late because the last bubble that bitcoin had (which was also a big one) occurred about 13 months ago and that bubble has been gone and corrected for over 6 months now!

I had to double check the date a few times because I am confused why he is saying the bitcoin price can burst like a bubble when it in fact did about a year ago.

Bubbles happen in many markets, not only crypto. They are natural because there is huge demand at a short time which drives up price to an exponential level and then it finally settles down afterwards.

Amazon during the DOT-COM crisis was also in a bubble and it survived and the company is still around and doing great. Bubbles even happen in safe investments like Real Estate.

"very high" ? Are you kidding me? The price is 3.5 thousand dollars right now. That is not remotely high. There is a reason why all the "bubbles" collapse, not enough money keep coming in and making it unsustainable. For example the oldest we know is the tulipmania where tulips were expensive, why did it collapsed? Because there wasn't many people left who were willing to keep buying tulips from those prices. Why it got high? Because people were capable of buying it until they run out of money.

Closest one is the house bubble (well mortgage) which was after dotcom, well there was too many toxic debt that people couldn't afford to pay back and defaulted on their loans, which created a collapse of the bubble. Same happened to bitcoin, went up to 20 thousand dollars and there wasn't enough people who were willing to pay that much for one bitcoin. However we are already at 3500, there are plenty of people willing to buy from here, RIGHT NOW its not a bubble, it used to be considered that way on 20 thousand dollars but definitely not even remotely a bubble in today's prices.

It already is exhibiting and behaving like a bubble, so I'm not quite sure what you're trying to say. Anyways, the only 'move' I can see that people could do in order to react to sudden changes in price is to not buy during insanely fast price increases as they are likely to be bubbles or pumps awaiting to be slammed/shut down by the bears. Also, the best move still is to pick an entry point after a huge price-crash and leave things be for a year or two. This has worked for a lot of bitcoiners in the past 2 cycles and I'm pretty sure that this method is still working and not obsolete by now.

Volatility is a disadvantage? The lack of that made the price tank hard because people stopped being interested in the market now it isn't going up anymore.

Volatility = high volumes = high interest = higher odds of seeing the price increase.
Stability = low volumes = low interest = higher odds of seeing the price decrease.

And btw, Bitcoin itself isn't a bubble, the price/market is because of people's greedy nature. We've seen the worst of the pop, might see some sort of a flash crash giving the most persistent "hodlers" the last push to unload. I’m as pro-Bitcoin as you, but this is one of the shitest “argument” there is; past performance is not indicative of future results. I know you probably say that at the end of the day/month/year Bitcoin’s price is always going up because the “crash, then moon” stuff already happened a couple of times. These people think the Bitcoin market is pure speculation with no real usage. They think it's like tulip mania or the beanie baby craze.
