I still think bet token holders are "investors" in some sense depending on how they got it, if they gambled and got it then they may not be called investors, they still can be called investors but it all depends on why they gambled.

If they gambled just because they wanted to gamble and had no intention to mine bet token then they could be considered not investors. So they basically got it for free, in any place of gambling you can gamble and not get anything in return, here you become part owner of  the website when you gamble (that's still valid).

However if you bought bet tokens on exchange and collecting dividends for it, then I am sorry but you are an investor, investors do have the right to ask whatever they want, people who are not investors like GP don't have any rights to ask, hell as you can see nobody gives him an answer to silly questions he has, go ahead GP ask accounting and whatever else you want, you are not getting it and nobody cares.

Not agreeing with game-protect on anything else (for obvious reasons), but we are not owners of eosbet. We have no say about how the site is being runned. We don't decide what games there are going to be or could decide how the smart contracts are being edited, or how should the original distribution should have been done. We literally have no control over it. Just because we can get part of dividends doesn't make us owners.

For the longest time community wanted eosbet to list into newdex. If they had a vote, it would show up in somewhere. Owners on the other hand decided to list on elsewhere.

Yep, "real investors" are protected by Law (or regulated). This BET token, like any other crypto tokens without ICO out there, operates in the grey area. Unlike shareholders, not sure (pretty unlikely) BET holders can demand financial statements, general meeting (AGM), etc.

BET token may or may not be securities since gamblers play and receive tokens for free. That's it, no bullshit. We are here not to argue about the legality and stuff about BET and various similar crypto tokens out there, but to play the game.

That's the funny part, dude must be either a very young kid that has no need for money at all, or he has to be someone reaaaaally poor (well he is poor we know that, he requested 210 euro because he couldn't pay for something, a guy who can't afford 210 euro to defend gamblers from evil casinos.... riiiiiiight) because he spends all his time here, I mean if he had a real job it would be over already with the time he puts into these things.

Why would they want people to use telegram (or even here) when they have a chat that they can use. It doesn't really mean rainbot would have too much affect, it is not really that much effective when you have maybe 100 messages total in 24 hour span.

Ignore that game-protect dude, he has no idea what he is talking about with the way he criticizes the website, he doesn't know WHAT should be criticized about this place. To me, as a real user that has both bet tokens and also gambled here and now an investor, I feel like lack of marketing and lack of messages on the chat and activity around the website is the real trouble.
