It probably has something to do with your Internet service provider, since their Live Casinos are working perfectly fine when I checked them just now.

Yes, if there is no mention of the problem on their official page, it may be due to internet problems that cannot load properly for Livecasino games - I did not use a VPN only used Cloudflare DNS but still could not open it while for slot games everything was normal.

Probably he use EBET tokens currency on deposits since that currency is available for deposit. Once you selected it on deposit to generate address, your default currency will change to EBET but I guess you can’t bet directly using this token since it’s not available by default on casino games.

I don't also see this to be a barrier while gambling because of the two things, gambling with phone and PC, in facts PC gives more user experience than Phone because sometimes you could be distracted by calls or other messages popping up on your notification which could be that distractive at times but when gambling with system you wouldn't have any such notification gets you distracted neither will it affects you and you can see the whole screen and the edges while gambling especially while play a crash game.

Possibly an easy thing to fix, they need to get on it fast as EBET is their flagship token representing the brand, maybe take it off the currency list temporarily or leave a note for users to switch their default away from it. I think that while these altcoins can look cool, they need a totally different set of skills to maintain and distract from the casino offering their main priority - gaming. I was actually thinking of what alternative to use like to choose the other coin to make deposit instead of using the EBET to deposit.
I love using TRX to gamble because of the lesser fee and faster withdrawal confirmation. Although I know that BSC chain is also cheaper but I am more  comfortable using TRX because most of the gambling site does not charge upto 1 or 3 TRX as fee when making withdrawal.
