Neo last block 10 hours ago, why?

it usually is the problem with that particular block explorer. seeing how they also have to run a node and their nodes can crash and since the websites are small the owner may not realize the issue for a long time unless someone contacts them and tells them about it. then they have to fix it which again can take some time.

it is also possible that some issue may exist with the coin's chain but i am not aware of anything in NEO maybe someone else has heard something?

NEO blockchain has stopped on the block №3293298. The Network works again, but the wallets and a part of explorers are not working properly.

Neotracker is out of sync despite they do a lot of maintainance and also there is some problem with neotracker it doesn't show new token launched on the NEO blockchain like spotcoin etc. Try another wallet to check information about latest block on NEO blockchain like neoscan.io or o3.network/scan/
