Anybody notice this?  Do you they only accept bitcoin or do they accept Ether too?

I have also notice PayPal sent an email saying that they are integrating crypto payments.

It seems weird that bitcoin is not in a bull market, with all the new developments, it is weird the coins are not more valuable and rising..

Right?

There was an old exchange where you could use paypal to buy bitcoins called virwox, but they stopped that service. Paypal favours the buyer so it probably won't work with bitcoin unless they change their refund policies

old or not, this is still good for crypto. it means that they are continuing the patronage of crypto payments.
with the continuous support of other establishments to accept crypto as payment method attests that crypto is here to stay

they are likely to take advantage in the current condition and moments like this to get its benefit. I am not very trusting about this because the average information like that will only deceive you. As long as the ad payments can be paid by FIAT why they want crypto ?

I have my PayPal account but it looks like nothing has changed and they never report that they will integrate with crypto payments. I can't imagine on how these rivals (bitcoin & paypal) will become one.

PayPal won't accept it AFAIK and they never made any announcement regarding what you said.

it may be one of those scam attempts when the hacker sends a "phishing email" to a lot of users trying to fool them into giving him their Paypal account credentials so that he can hack them and steal their money. at the same time it may also fool them into depositing some bitcoins into his address which he is faking to belong to Paypal.

it's all p2p, so the buyer and seller just need to agree on terms---bitcoin, ether, dentacoin, whatever. the "cryptocurrency OK" button basically just allows you to single out people who are crypto-friendly.

bitcoin is obviously most likely to be accepted. ether, second most likely.

It seems weird that bitcoin is not in a bull market, with all the new developments, it is weird the coins are not more valuable and rising..

Right?

you're just late to the party. craigslist added this option during the bull market, in early december 2017.

It was Coinbase yes and it wasn't PayPal. It doesn't mean that because Coinbase allowed withdrawals through Paypal, PP is now integrated with crypto payments. This news was way around a month ago.

The news seems to be untrue
It is Attempt to penetrate through phishing email
Caution is required in dealing with these cases
I would also advise the author to check a lot before writing such news.

if there are payments that use bitcoin or ethereum it will be very good for crypto development, and I hope that ad payments can also use other coins.

Right?

I was thinking that the run to $19,000 may have been done by enemies of BTC so that they could control the price.  They have so much now that any time it has a threat to move back up, they can simply sell more at lower prices than "normal folks" which keeps the price low.

It has been about a year now but this is a great thing for adoption.

Right now CL does not accept any crypto but they allow buyers to list they are willing to accept crypto as payments.

Another step in the right direction.
