What do you mean there is no author?  I don't know anything about the website you translated from, but it's obviously not your own work--somebody else wrote it, and you thought no one would notice if you translated something from Russian to English.  Does that about sum it up?  If you're using someone else's words, you have to cite the source.  That's the rule, and if you don't follow it, it's considered plagiarism.

If you don't like my attitude towards bullshitters then perhaps you should consider refraining from bullshitting publicly. You are the one who copied those texts, there is nothing for you to search. You're the one who failed to provide any indication that these are not your words.

The OP should call the police, or maybe the FBI and the Interpol, it's clearly an international crime. I'm still not following what all this has to do with the ban appeal though, other than the obvious waste of time.
