You don't need to compare the two of them because they have unique and good characteristics. They can give advantages as well as disadvantages, and even benefits! maybe some of investors but we can't blame them since bitcoin is in difficult situation. It is still recovering and i know that when bitcoin price becomes higher then they will surely go back to bitcoin. Well no one knows its just my opinion about this. |

There is article on today Coindesk then Fidelity is going to launch in March
Investors needs secure platform to trade and store his funds .Fidelity is trustworthy so many of them will enter bitcoin
When all that shutdown chaos will end then Bakkt will launch and will be more demand on bitcoin
Gold is gold .It is hedge to dollar so govs are investing in physical gold
I see many bitcoin gold comparison but it doesn't make sense to me

This is temporary.The investors are chaging their portfolio,including more secure assets,like goold,and selling the high "risk-high reward" assets like bitcoin.It's a trend and,like every other trend,it will change after 1 or maybe 2 years. |

i know that there are many people that previously investing in bitcoin, but right now they quit investing on bitcoin and start to investing in another platform, like gold, gold is the great things to invest, because the price never down and it will free from inflation

nah not all are quitting because many people will remain a die hard bitcoin fanatic . they wont easily forgot that bitcoin once help them to earn better compared from other sources out there . we can safely say that people are now diversifying or adding some assets to thier current portfolio . thats why they pick gold because gold is verry simmilar to btc and its like the physical version . you are from that website, i think, as you are just posting that bogus news links one after another!

I think I will stay in investing in bitcoin because I know the change is coming where the price will gonna go up again. Even gold are very precious and very valuable in market I would rather stay in investing bitcoin than moving in gold. |

I also feel that kind of thing wants to move to gold just because bitcoin is not stable that's my reason and I think it's better for my bitcoin HODL and move to temporary gold

Then why the price of gold is not pumping higher, considering the volume of bitcoin hodlers? I don’t believe on this one though gold is also a good investment but bitcoin is way more useful compare to gold. I’m a small investor of bitcoin and I’m glad to say that I still hold my bitcoin. |

This is not true at all. The price of gold has been very volatile over the years, so when you say "the price never down" that's just nonsense. Of course, it isn't as volatile as bitcoin but there is no evidence to suggest that investors are moving away from bitcoin and into gold - that is just garbage. |

Some people call this news a fud. Even if it's true, I don't think we'll see a big movement at the price.
On the other hand, we see that VC funding is increasing even though we face a bearish season. Not surprising, speculation and maybe realization of blockchain potential clicked those VC. I still think people who want to risk a lot will choose crypto instead of gold or any other asset. It's a high-risk high return investment, after all.
yes those people who invest in gold is afraid of lose and they trying to minimize the risk on their investments. Its true that people are starting to invest into gold again and this is happen cause seems like usd is about to going down and also cause crypto and market stock are in bear seasons. |

If we are patient enough, Bitcoin will become in the next couple of years a virtual gold. It just needs some time to arrive to maturiry, then btc will bw even better than the "classical" fold.

I don't think this is true. Generaly people who invest in Bitcoin and those who invest in gold are totaly different types of investors so I don't believe they would just switch to gold. I think they would choose some other asset.
Although it's traditional and will always have the value gold is also volatile and like with every investment you should accept certain risk and have some plan. And it's not tru at all that the price of gold never goes down, only the fluctuations are not so often and big like with Bitcoin.

Bullshit.
Correct title is, Bitcoin investors own gold too. I am a bitcoin investor and I am abandoning neither. The only thing I'm abandoning is FIAT. (slowly) If I had to choose between Gold and Bitcoin, I would choose Bitcoin because you can't buy your groceries with gold coins. Gold's use as a currency is non-existent and it is not coming back. It is over for gold.
