And then why most of regulators are putting utility at the top of everything? that doesn't make sense. Security means our shares in the company that means we have acquisition based on how much shares that owned by us and utility much more focused on the usefulness.

The two types of tokens has their own value and uses according to what you intend to achieved. Utility tokens ofcourse are being used inside the company to incentivised both the members and the company leaders whereas the security tokens are being used as a means of  company shares and can increases or decreases its value according to the company's performance.

there should first be a company that you invest in not a bunch of kinds creating a virtual imaginary place and call that a "company". and a company needs to also produce something, either some kind of product or some actual service. and so far the concept of  company has been some dude raising money to release a smart contract which he copied from somewhere else. before it used to be called ICO and now it is called STO.

Probably the fact is that today there are a very large number of projects that already have a large number of scam contours. Therefore, I see that now there are so many more likely that securety tokens are future.
