That's why I think you can get a better profit in the currency you gonna invest this year while they have a small value in the market.

For now the market is on the bear side right now, but your still starting i think joining in a community has no bad timing, this is a great place to learn and to exchange knowledge and opinion

So what should i do to earn ? do i need a job in here or buy a lot of cryptocurrency

Everyone has different beliefs in making decisions.  many people believe this is the bear market and all the coins are dropped.  I think it's a good opportunity to hold back the next few months.

Besides hold, you can also buy any profitable coins by analyzing the coin, and I am sure that you can found at least 3 coins that can give you a profit in the future. But we need to realize that the bear market still on there and we need to be patient to wait for the market recovery. I hope that we don't have to wait for a long time again because we already wait for more than a year in the bear market and I think this is the time for the bull market comes.

I don’t think so, its correct that market is very bearish but we can’t say its bad time.
But I would like to say that it’s a good time to buy coin from this dump, you can buy coins at low price & make a reason able profit when market will re bounce.

For new trader is a great opportunity but as I've analyze using MA 100 & 200, it's show downtrend so it's difficult to buy at the moment.

if you look at the charts now, you can see the price is so low now, can easily afford to buy some altcoins and even BTC at cheap price, but always becareful not buying too much altcoins when the market too much weak to be pumped, so i suggest if you want to join now you should buy BTC or 3 altcoins max.
