Latoken Exchange Ethereum withdrawal still pending for over 24 hours

Good evening! I withdrew Ethereum last night and it's still under "Security Checking " for over a day now. Anybody here experienced the same with their withdrawals? I already submitted my ID for verification but nothing happened. All they could say is wait and be patient. Is it goodbye for Latoken?

You got security checking maybe because you are withdrawing thousand dollars of Ethereum, some exchange put a limit on how big you can withdraw based on your verification, you need to go through that if you are withdrawing thousands of dollars.

I have a friend who also meets a situation like you. He withdrew ETH . It is pending for 2 days. He sent support with the administrator but they worked very slowly. He took 4 days to receive his ETH. My Latoken review is not a good exchange platform.

High fees, slow support issues, frequent withdrawals are delayed.

Yeah, it looks silly to be honest. I used Latoken only once to convert bounty reward to eth and everyting was smooth back then. The first thought for your case was the exaggeration of withdrawal limits, but it's obviously not. Have you received any answer from their support? Do they received your request at all?

I am having the same problem my friend, and it is from last year! On 24th of december 2018 i made withdraw for my christmas present and it never arrived.. I have talked with them many times and they always told me that they will fix it soon but today its the 37th day and i still waiting. I wouldn't say they are scammers because they always give you answer on telegram or mail. But i believe they have big tech problem and they couldn't solved it yet.. Anyway, i am still waiting, it been 37 days and you have just waited 24 hours..

I think most of these exchanges are now feeling the pain of bear market, their profit margin has shrink significantly and can't employ many people for their support again. Liqui exchange is closing down and people should expect more exchanges to follow, my advice now is not to use   exchanges with low reputation, because they have nothing to lose

Just yesterday, I took Ethereum from the Latoken exchange, but I did not encounter similar problems, my amount was much lower. Withdrawal took no more than 10 minutes.

I didn't know that it is this bad. 37 days seems a hopeless case. I like coinexchange better. They manually send withdrawals in case something went wrong. I hope I can still get mine. Its still money.

I think everything will be fine with this exchange and I also recommend you just wait. Are you sure that you entered the correct wallet ?

I have never made a transaction with LATOKEN, I don't understand if the time can be as long as you experience, but I believe that your transaction is in large amounts. so that it requires a very long transfer time.

Did you check the comment first before made your own comment? He already said that withdraw amount is 0.27 ETH, so it's doesn't because of large amount transaction, maybe it's just random checking, I've same issue before, took me more than 2 days to solve, then current solution is Wait.

I encountered same experienced previously where my withdrawal took 4 days before it finally appeared in my wallet. It's just so disgusting that even if you already made a ticket and email them for your queries regarding your transaction the support seems to ignore them. I hope you will still get your withdrawal anytime soon.

I successfully withdraw my ethereum in Latoken Exchange and everything is okay and smooth. I suggest try to contact their support and tell the problem to them so they can help you. I do not experience any delay in withdrawing but if you still not receive your ethereum in the next day kindly contact their support.

I have experienced the same problem when making a deposit at the exchange. I sent a message via email to the LATOKEN team. after that my deposit was successful ... better if you contact the LATOKEN team

Is the address correct?
there are 2 types of address in ETHEREUM address which can give you fast transaction and the other will pause your tokens/coins and after few hours.
 it will be back on the senders wallet.
This one called The checksum

Some times many reputated exchange take much times to withdrawl altcoin, ethereum and others crypto also. It is their technical problems may be.

I guess if you have created a request and then your amount must be in latoken's query. The only way for you to waiting for that and you can try to create a second request to withdraw your money from there.
Basically, this problem does not happen with the whole of latoken users.
