OP, small suggestion - don't show Youtube channels that you're selling in public. You're risking to get monetization removed from your channel.
And I want to ask how transfer of ownership are made on Youtube? I didn't knew that's possible.

I am enquiring on behalf of a company, who is trying to launch as a small start up in the next few months. It will have its own company accounts for social media but they are considering instead of an official youtube channel very difficult to maintain without extra staff, maybe it can make videos to host on smaller accounts with wider reach.
