There is a lot of ICO who are really garbage because I invested to ICO in the year 2018 and only few ICO are successful and most of the percentage that I invested is scam or not successful. I hope this year 2019 don't have a lot of ICO who are trash.

we can only analyze and not necessarily our analysis is correct because anything can still happen in cryptocurrency, and now ICO scam is very difficult to distinguish from ICO which is really good because ICO, which has been proven to be a scam at the end of its sales and analysis, cannot distinguish.

I know many of the ico project became bad image for the majority sight of the community, which is obviously they learned from it already since 2018, though for now this 2019 those ico scam are now lessen anyhow. So all we need to do as an investors and bounty hunters is be careful in choosing the ico project. Do some research and evaluate first before anything else.
