ICON is not a scam, it is a real project with a solid team. However, not being a scam doesn't make it a good coin, in fact it would be better classified as a shitcoin due to poor performance and development. Smart money is on NEO instead which will rally itself closer to the top ten like it was before

ICON did very well after its ICO and was called the Ethereum of Korea. The big correction and long bear market has taken its toll on it.
