Idea: Buy AMEX Gift Cards for BTC on fully automated website

My idea is to have a fully automated website where you would be able to purchase AMEX Gift Cards for BTC and receive the gift card online (almost) instantly. No human would be needed to complete the transaction.

For example at the current exchange rate of 1 BTC = USD 2.95, you could purchase a $50 AMEX Gift Card for 18.29 BTC (this includes $3.95 AMEX gift card fee). The card information is sent after the network confirms your payment.

Would anyone be interested in a service like this?

I'd be down for some amex debit cards if that's what you mean, but only re-loadable ones.

Why do the cards need to be re-loadable?
