What do you expect from a person trying to get a loan by selling promises "Ponzi"? He says "have some little bugs but can be fixed with a basic developer" to get justifications when selling. "In other words, he is rushing to sell even before fixing mistakes, you will not be able to communicate with him after getting the money."
Use a trusted escrow "With a workout period before sending money," if you want to buy but I expect it will be useless.

im a developer. i get this script , and i try to create better thath old version so. This does not mean that I am a scammer, I can develop any kind of script. work with cryptocurrencies!
