What's ready at the moment:
1) high Performance trading engine written in golang, able to process orders in multiple threads. On data the moment of processing speed, if you run on a home PC it is more than 3000 orders per second (if you run on dedicated server, performance should be several times higher).
Implemented trading functions "limit order" and "market order"."The accuracy of processing and saving orders is solved up to 32 the numbers after the ".". There is an opportunity to realize the auction on microscopic orders + internal dividend accrual real-time token for all token holders.

2) Ready-made unique adaptive modular interface using SPA technology. Excellent UI / UX optimization. PC version, with the ability to customize the interface, and Mobile version (web application). Special version for portrait and landscape modes. Adapted for all popular browsers (chrome, Firefox, Safari). We do not use any of the "heavy" frameworks (such as bootstrap, react, etc.). We use only standart tecnologies, like as: javascript, CSS3, HTML5. Page weight does not exceed 1.5 MB, that provides an acceptable download speed, even on 3G.
The minimum device from which it is possible to work comfortably with the exchange is iPhone4.  

3) Multi-language support with automatic detect and custom language selection function. User registration system, protection from bots, chat, company logo, two domain names.

The minimum we need to do before starting:

• Complete the database and connect to Tradingview chart.
• Add and connect cryptocurrency wallets to the system.

What else can be done:

• user-selected "advanced mode" interface.
• two-Factor user authorization.
• integrate QR scanner for easy withdrawal
• create a ranking system for users and " achievement system"
• system of custom orders (each user will be able to create a likeness of your trading bot, and easily manage it through a special menu)
• We also plan to release a token at the start, which will distribute half of the profit between the token holders, but this is discussed.

Basicaly you are looking for someone to put his money and fund it, without offering something to ensure his investment.
Everybody have an idea for something and if they need others funding help, at least they do it properly and as much transparent as possible.

You just present an idea and ask funds like it's candies...

Thank you for your interest in my topic. I'm sorry if I'm misleading anyone. I'm not very good at attracting investment. Of course, I did not mean something like "send me bitcoin to my wallet and I will be very grateful to you".
It would be more accurate to say so, I invite an investor to our team, at the stage when it is possible to register a company and specify its share in the company.
Could you give an example of how to get investments as transparent as possible?

I came up with the idea to launch an exchange with limited functionality. You could say"early access." Only our token will be available for sale to everyone, but at the same time the functionality of the exchange will be demonstrated. I think so trust to us and transparency will be incomparably more.
For example, everyone who buys our token, after the launch, will receive a part of the full profit of the exchange. I wonder how this can be regarded as an ICO or " early access exchange"?

There isn't an exchanger with "limited funcionality". So it will work or not, simple as that.
If you or somebody want's to work it, he will need paperwork,licenses etc etc in order to prove from where the money comes from and where it goes to.
Not to mention for what reason you get them in the first place and other serious requirements.

The fact is that you need money to do all of that and you don't have any. You ask but you can't guarranty nothing, no safety at all.
And the main question is this: why someone who have the funds to do an exchanger to do it with you?
Too many people with far better history and involvement in crypto have a similar idea...
