Personally, I think that mass adoption is going to push the prices up and reach a new ATH. As the supply is limited, by increasing the demand for Bitcoin is going to have a significant positive effect in its price. We should try to integrate Bitcoin as a way of payment method in e-commerce businesses at first. This is very easy and it can show results directly to the market.

That is certainly because if more and more people adopt Bitcoin on a large scale it will encourage bitcoin to experience a high price increase, because the less bitcoin supply is as expensive as it is |

Bitcoin reward halving could spark an increase in the price. Or bakkt and bitcoin ETF which could be coming within the couple of months (if ETF gets approved). Any of these could bring about mass adoption. For sustainable growth, the network has to be able to support increased usage and work efficiently.

Bitcoin isn't "down".The bitcoin price is where it is and we shouldn't compare it with the 2017 bubble.
If we want a higher bitcoin price,we should buy more btc and convince more people to buy btc.This is the only thing we could do(and it's not enough).The crypto whales will have to start buying.

This is obviously a way forward but don't we think that such mass adoption has not come because there are no way to checkmate fraud either within the exchanges, icos and others involved in bitcoin transactions. For me, I think that is the issue for now. Corporate bodies are yet to start playing and this is a set back because corporation bodies are big movers of the financial sectors, for example, forex. |

Merchants adoption will affect large to the bitcoin value.
In our era by now we still cannot see bitcoin or ethereum as a mode of payment in any online shopping businesses.
I am still hoping that one investor with a connection into crypto currencies will do that. But there is still none.
Even if just for nationwide for starters.
There might be restaurants and stores that are already doing it. But I see it will be better with online shops since that is the more click industry by now.

Mass adoptation will really help the market to improve specially the adoptation by the government to the cryptocurrency. Investors will help the market but it is just for temporary and they have the power to control the price. |

Adoption, strong support from community, strong hands, governments support and manipulations are common reason on why market is lifted up but not all the time. Value depends on how people treat Bitcoin. If people are selling Bitcoins for cheaper tokens then it is also one of the reason of it's plummet but when people starts selling their alts in exchange for Bitcoins market will become green and good. |

Accepting and support by all countries and governments. I think these reason may lift the price to increase again. If all governments support and allow it the demand of bitcoin increase so the tendency that price may increase too. For me it is normal to see the down price of bitcoin but it is not good for longer time.

theres a lot of another way like for example, whales, if only could whales will stop playing with the value in the crypto market and start pumping it, the value might rise once again or if most of the countries in the whole world will accept bitcoin as a mode of payment if this happens, a lot of rich businessman will invest in bitcoin and bitcoin price will go up. |

Probably a reversal from bullishness in 2017, after that ATH the market starts to plummet slowly since the start of the first month of 2018 and slowly declining the market. If you have been on last 2017 you will see rapid growth from October up to December and then starts to plummet in the middle of the month of December. Bitcoin really needs adoption and more investors to lead the market in bullishness again.

I think if all country accept bitcoin and patronize it,it will help bitcoin to increase it's value. It means mass adoption is very important for bitcoin to have a greater value. And it will only happen if all country use bitcoin as a currency. |

the risk in investment with crypto currency is that the price cannot be determined and it will be known exactly what its development will be if bitcoin experiences a decline in many factors that influence it and in my opinion the most important factor is the development of crypto currencies depending on the investor itself |

that is not something you can "lift up"! unless you have confused bitcoin with one of the pump and dump altcoins, in which case you are out of luck.
but if your strange question is actually asking about what can change this trend and "reverse" it then the answer is only time. this is simply another step of the inevitable process of market trend change. it will never be a sharp V like switch. instead it will be slow at first with a flat line at the bottom and a lot of tracebacks then eventually some major resistances are going to be broken and we will be on our way.

spreading rumors or fake news can greatly affect its value because it reduces trust in bitcoin. but it is only temporary if the government makes its legal as a commodity because it can strengthen its value.

Bitcoin is down, and for the same user have come up with lot and lots of predictions. Here which is the right reason for the fall isn't clear. In the past to manipulate the market fake news gets circulated, but these days that won't make any impact on the price as users were aware of such kind of manipulation. The recovery is promised, but we don't know when this gonna take place.
