Because we are still in bearish market making some investors to become afraid to invest in Bitcoin. If there is no good development and progress in favor of Bitcoin market so that it could attract more people to invest then expect that the price will not going up before this year will end.

Bitcoin price in the market is not stable that's why we don't expect too much, that it will always on high price, sometimes it's high or low that's the world of cryptocurrency but if Bitcoin price is down, you need to be patience just hold it until it'll back on it's high value.
In the near future or next year, a lot of things would happen in bitcoin, which we all know that bitcoin halving is one of them. Bitcoin that could be mine would drop that could be the reason for its price to go down again. It is unstable since 2018 and didn't have any good news happened. The most stupid things we could do when this happen is panic selling when our hearts and minds can't take this bearish market anymore, making us to make decisions that we'll regret in the end. |

Bitcoin still down because waiting announcement from Bakkt and SEC about how bitcoin regulation at the future, will be legal e digital peyment currency or become illegal, nice for waiting good news for bitcoin.

For me bitcoin look like a bridge between the all other cryptocurrency and Fiat currency.
And what is the connection of it to its ups and downs? Bitcoin is a decentralized crypto currency, that means no one, I mean nobody or no company or institution owns or controls it and that its only reason for movement is the market and its investors. It is down since the demand fell down, it is normal for bitcoin to be like this because it is volatile. |

heh.. bearish market.. bullish market.. anyone can tell why bitcoin began to raise in 2019 from 3k level? really good explanation and exact reason? I strongly doubt.. there are quite a lot people, organizations, funds, even agencies and so on.. they could have hard influence on bitcoin's price and all their actions still in shadows.. but they are the real reason.. so back to the question of topic - because some one need it to be down  |

For me, the main reason why bitcoin is still down because of the interest. Some people still don't want to know or have some knowledge about bitcoin and another cryptocurrency. Some ppl see bitcoin as a scam or fraud that they can't trust. Even there are so many adoptions happens in bitcoin that some country, company, establishment, and store accept bitcoin some people still see bitcoin as a scam, and they don't trust it. Also, the main factor is the support of the government, if most countries accept bitcoin as another form of currency. I'm sure that this is the solution to increasing the value and volume of users.  |

Bitcoin has actually recovered from a few weeks ago. We can see it is capable of more than $10,000. However, it was just a pump that happened not so long ago.
Investors have not fully returned to the market place and still many investors are reluctant to re-invest. Probably because they were traumatized with the condition in 2018 which is very bad. We need development and the government I think can help. With the government legalizing crypto, I thought it would attract many more investors.
We have to be patient and I'm sure if in this year the crypto market can get back to success again.

Well, BTC did not fully recovered - it is currently hovering somewhere about $8k and psychological barrier of $10k was broken pretty fast to be honest. About legalization there are no chances to fully legalize crypto in any time soon. Crypto is just too volatile to be used one daily basics |

The bitcoin price is down currently because there is a correction going on in the market. Maybe in a month or two the bitcoin price will start moving upwards. |

Dang this recent crash is hard to stand. How does it crash 15% in one day?? maybe some big player well decided to sell their Fortune. hopefully it goes back above 10000, then 20,000, then all the way to the moon and Beyond!

Chill bro, going to the moon is not as aeasy as 1 2 3  . Don't get me wrong, I want the same thing as well, who doesn't want btc to skyrocket? None. What I'm pointing is that we should focus on short term goals before the long ones because expecting too much might destroy you — especially your faith to bitcoin. For now, I just hope first that btc will be able to surpass the $10k mark before this year ends because it's been a while since it was happened. |

The key here is adoption and holding bitcoins for the long term, if people start doing that then bitcoin prices should shoot upwards in the long run. If I were you, I will not focus on the price of bitcoin. I will focus on doing my work instead to get more bitcoin and also use my extra money to buy more bitcoin because this kind of low price for bitcoin is a bargain for long term holding. You've got a point mate but I believe there's nothing wrong to get yourself updated on btc's price, right? Anyway, you're right. hoard coins as much as you can, make the most of these bearish days because tomorrow might be the start of bull run. Who knows? What I'm doing right now is save all of my earnings coming from my campaign and hold it, I admit this is a tiny source but I'm sure it will be big once it accumulates. |

Perhaps, if everyone around the world knows its beauty can help us it will probably raise its price in the market. As an example, all the merchants in each country use bitcoin as one of the payments on the goods we buy and every government should be open to it in bitcoin or digital currency. |

It may be less than half from its top price, but since there is nothing actually good enough plus popular plus trustworthy enough to replace it.. and general public interest in crypto currencies increases, so Bitcoin should hop to 20-30k soon, and that would be final top price I don't even know if I want to be right or wrong about this  |

It can sometime be high and low we should only know the perfect time to take step like selling and buying. I can see more investment is making price high because it’s all about number of sellers and investors when more people will buy demand will make price high again. |

The bitcoin price is down currently because there is a correction going on in the market. Maybe in a month or two the bitcoin price will start moving upwards. Also there are no new retail investors - if you check out Google Trends the term "bitcoin" is well down on where it was in June. A lot more work needs to go into marketing bitcoin as a currency and an asset before we see retail investors come back into the cryptocurrency space. |

Bitcoin still down because many people never hold bitcoin and trying for selling with lower price, last week bitcoin down and raise up but just few day bitcoin back to lower price with many people wan't to hold for long time to get bitcoin back above $10k, now bitcoin price still with $8k and waiting when back to higher price.
