Yes, that is exactly what i think too the resistance of market which pushes me to buy more of bitcoin and ethereum. Hoping it will be a good bounce back this year 2019-2020.

Yup I that's what my instinct tell me, that the bull rune will come this year because of the block reward halving of bitcoin next year but because of too much FUDs and bad news out there about cryptocurrency I think that the real bull run will come in 2020-2021 after the block reward halving.

The price hasn't rise yet based on your expectation, but it would not rise instantly.
