Why does the link to your website contain referral? Not that I mind a ref link for something or someone contributing a beneficial info, but as this is an official ann, having personal benefit agenda by inserting ref is rather frowned upon and perceived as improfessional, isn't it?

Hello,
The referral we use on this site is not actually assigned to a person, it is just for us to have an additional trace where the subscriptions are coming from. We do have google analytics as well but if we have two posts on bitcointalk we want to see which thread let to which subscription.
And for convenience, we can trace this directly from the app without using analytics for that.
I hope it answers your questions

I stand corrected.

On to the next issue, how possible is it for an expansion on the near future? I see that you state you'll be available for Europe, and I assume it'll be Europe only for a while. And how will you tackle any possible legal issues that arise on the countries of the said expansion?

For that plan yes you have to send them KYC documents like identity card , passport , driver license etc .
But you can go for first plan which it doesn't include debit card and no kyc

I checked the team's background in LinkedIn & i can say it's pretty satisfying.
I can't complain about the team's Techy part to be honest.

I use an old chrome version & the team's picture contain no LinkedIn profile links, i used an updated version & problem solved .

I'll keep digging about their experience & background, but generally speaking it's great so far.
Good luck guys, waiting for more infos about the sale & the project itself.

My main question will be as this:
Do you guys have already an " electronic money institution license " or you'll be looking for one after the ICO, if that's the case what's that potential Debit Card partner (Visa or MasterCard).

We do already have. We work under an EMI agent license.
I asked you this because i'm unable to find any link or info about that license in your website or any registered license number to use it as search query.
Could you please give me the link for that to look into it, i also can't find the white Paper or even 1 pager that helps explain such stuff in short details. (i hope you guys consider doing that).

Waiting your reply man Wink

Sorry for the delay.
Our company registration number is on the website, the company is valid and can be found on the luxembourg register of commerce.
We have the contractual structure like Bitwala has with Solaris Bank. We cannot disclose more details at this time because of contractual restrictions.
A company cannot issue an European IBAN and current accounts without having a license and whithout passing an audit to be register at the autorities as an agent. (all agents are registered with the authorities like for instance FCA - UK, Bafin in DE, or CSFF in LU)
About the whitepaper we will issue a paper which will respect the structure of a prospectus which is used in securities. Such a paper will be issued before any STO will take palce.
A prospectus is a type of documentation that is required by securities regulation. In some cases (exceptions) where the risk is low the prospectus does not have to be registered with the authorities but is part of best practice to publish one to inform the potential investors about the project, the company and the risks.
Thank you for your reply, i know that the company registration number is in the website, already checked it & is registered, i was referring to the Monetary License, like the one you mentioned (FCA & stuff like that).

I hope you guys make that information public soon, before the ICO, because this legal justification(s) about that you can't disclose such info because of the RULES OF THE PARTNERSHIP...happened before with other projects & said the same things & then didn't deliver.

I hope you don't take it like i question your integrity guys, this is crypto & even Face / video reveal isn't enough nowadays to make an ICO, especially with this bearish market already.

If I read correctly on this thread it's a new exchange right ? Can I exchange cryptocurrencies for FIAT like USD/EUR ?

Yes you can exchange them with very low fees . I also have a question regarding the coins sytem . Would they add just the first top 10 coins to exchange them or also they will allow us to exchange tokens?

Thank you for you answer . I do not think they will add tokens . Their focus are on the main coins Smiley

Yes we do plan to add tokens, I explained in this thread the way we are going to proceed. Basically, we will use two main criteria: compliance and community votes.

I understand your concern and I would think the same way if I were you. Trust takes time and takes tangible results. However, we are not going to start any STO (security token offering) Before we put the beta version into the hands of the beta subscribers. At that point will not be a question of the license because you'll have a functional IBAN in your Morfin App. (which we cannot issue without a license). For not we don't expect any other commitment from the community except for supporting our BETA program, which is the validation from the community that efforts to release the BETA are not useless.

The first part is 100% correct.
But after we release the Beta, in case we launch a Security Token Offering, the people that would like to participate in this offering will also have to pass a KYC, because these tokens are securities and we have to be compliant with securities laws from EU. Basically, we are not allowed to give shares of our company without knowing who owns them.

Hello,
The expansion has for us two obstacles: 1. KYC/AML is more difficult and more costly for some countries (as an example where the automatic KYC success rate is low) 2. providing cost-effective services in the local currency. For the BETA we will try to onboard also some people outside of Europe, to test some hypothesis.

when we release the BETA in May, yes you will be asked to finish the onboarding, meaning KYC. We are performing regulated activities under EMI license, so this is required by law.

I checked your( website & there is no info about the team's background. I know they are real, but let' face it, we need their LinkedIn profiles to make sure this is REAL.

You guys better add these info to your website if you wanna mek it more professional. No one is willing to be interested in some project where the team is just some pictures with a description under it.

I have nothing against you, but me the PR more accurate to the public using your main website, not everyone is willing to get into telegram ak such question.

I strongly agree with this statement. The project looks cool, and the gui simple enough. Now just some background information and you are set.

the linkedin profile are on the website if you hover over the pictures there is a small icon to click.

You have a good point here, generating an IBAN for customers needs a monetary license indeed, i've been through that in many old crypto cards' apps & stuff like that & only some can give you that luxury.

I hope the BETA test removes any kind of doubt like you just said, bookmarked already & joined the Telegram since first days for future updates & news.

Good luck.

And one more hint, even if we are not allowed by the contract to put at "partners" section the name of the mother EMI, still you will be able to see it on the terms and conditions of the app because there it must be. I know most of the people do not read that but if you are curious you can read it and find out the name. This updated terms and conditions will show up when you download and use the app, not on our current website.
