[2] The best partner for product-selling sites like yours are Payment-processor Wallets like Coins Asia, Coinpayment or Bitpay (More: Google search results). It's up to you to research which is the best and legitimate among them.
Reason is: there are probably more mainstream consumers who use such service to buy things online, mostly all regular users have an account in those payment processors too (we use different type of wallets for different needs), that said, you wouldn't wanna miss the opportunity to reach that Market.

Examples of advantages of payment processors are instant payment (on the consumer's side), low to zero fees (again, on the consumer's side) and fool-proof apps which is why the mainstream prefer them over "real wallets".
Of course, P2P payment is still a-must in your payment options.

[3] Having 50+ available options IMO, is an overkill... Just pick the most legitimate coins and as much as possible, do not include tokens.

I suggest you with the main cryptos... but of course, those ones that are mostly blockchain payment solutions unless like BTC, LTC, DASH etc. If you are planning to sell online games and something like that too on the platform, then cryptos like EOS and TRX can come in.

You can also ask them, and they will send you some PDF documents about projects they wrote about in the past and the impact their press released gave (raised funds, traffic etc.)

Hey bud, I'll start off by saying that's quite the site. I haven't signed up, but the UI and design of the platform seems up to par with other competition. I'll write my thoughts and help you out below.

Think back to how Ebay, Gumtree became popular marketplaces. This all goes down to marketing, running campaigns, influencer marketing, ads, SEO, etc. I'd recommend looking for a marketing agency that has experience with marketplaces, or in crypto. Constant updates, and building a loyal community with active support should be top priorities.

No partners right now IMO. Focus on building an active marketplace before thinking long term.

I don't personally really care about new coins in crypto, most of them are shitcoins in my opinion. I like sticking to the regular popular ones, tron, eos, btc, eth, xrp. The top 50 coins on CMC would be a good metric to base the platform's payment system on, but of course there are other great coins that are not top 50 on CMC, just don't know of any right now.

Seems like a good idea, incorporate your own escrow system or use another company's.

That you need to look for, you can go to Services section that I pointed out in your first questions and maybe ask other website owners to exchange backlinks with your website.

I don't personally really care about new coins in crypto, most of them are shitcoins in my opinion. I like sticking to the regular popular ones, tron, eos, btc, eth, xrp. The top 50 coins on CMC would be a good metric to base the platform's payment system on, but of course there are other great coins that are not top 50 on CMC, just don't know of any right now.

You're P2P so you definitely want to do long-term, organic reach. Talk to small sellers. Look for people doing small time sells, like here on this forum's marketplace or even talk up those guys at Etsy.

It took guys like Bisq a really long time, but they recently (in September was it) had a big "promo day" just encouraging people and traders to get together for 1 day to open as many orders as possible. That's a pure crypto marketplace but the same can be done for your type.

I can vouch for these guys too. They're very good at press outreach and also have their own journalists that can really do a good job of talking to you and getting good ideas for stories - ideas you might not have seen yourself.

Just remember, exposure needs to be long term. I'd recommend a sustained campaign, rather than a sudden blitz.
