All throughout this harsh prolonged bear market, i've realized that i have the capacity to withstand and tolerate frustration and despair.
In simpler words, i am patient enough to ignore totally the discomfort brought about by the brutal bear. Looking back, if i am utterly impatient, i could have sold all my tokens when i am in most need of fiat many times in the past. But the mere fact that i didn't was just mind-blowing.
Knowing that i have that in me, i feel more secure and satisfied that at the right time i can truly achieve my set-goal in this harsh unstable world of cryptocurrency.

The most important lesson I learned during the last year is that you never need to invest when an asset has grown strongly enough, you can do anything what you want, but try to avoid the temptation to invest in an asset that has grown more than twice, because you are take very big risk.

The most important lesson is that we must go with the least resistance line, as Livermore did, if the market falls or rises it must be won, the volatility is enormous, since we are in a stage of accumulation, some bulls can appear to prove the offer, but it is a good time for investors, since they can wait a long time to obtain benefits.

Traveling through the prolonged bear market understood missing an opportunity to make use of the bull market will make the user hold the assets for a much longer time period. By the time of bull market if I've sold my crypto holdings now I could've reinvested the same making a big profit. It is good to keep track of the market and make precise decisions.

True and yes. A good lesson learnt from the current market as a trader. You need to have enormous patience to see your profit. It does not happen at a sudden in this market. And, we can not gain large profits. Need to set up small threshold on profits. This will not let you to loose much.

What I’ve learned is never stop holding and continuously support and trust the capacity of our coins ,never doubt and sell at loss instead buy again when the value keeps on dumping from this we can accumulate the losses when the price booms again.i made a big mistakes in 2018 things that i will never let to happen again.to those who always do cutting losses hope you will never regret when the bullrun comes in unexpected time

We used to learn our bad experience last year and it made up today to become stronger as we believe that crypto will have the full forward this year.
It is really tough to hold for the entire year but this is the best way to keep safe from losing. Even we work into trading but still there is a huge percentage of losing if we are not effective into that field, it is better to hold and wait for the bull run.
