I followed the lead you posted and discovered more about the scammers behind Afrodex. Emmanuel Adams with the Twitter handle @TweetsbyAdams is the founder of the scam project. He also happened to be an advisor on Plaas platform (a farm project currently doing self drop. Wonder how they don't know they have a fraud on their team). He also claims to be an advisor on URAllowance, however his is not on the team list. His face is out there but on his Telegram @Acemediagroup he has a white beard photoshop on his face as disguise.
