What keeps you awake late night ?

Sometimes I find it hard to sleep!! guess the internet has distorted my night rest!!

I close my eyes but I think of many things going online without me been there.
read and try to get more accomplished I find out my Night was spent working!

It's crazy how one can be connected to what he does.

I always like to watch the movies in the night time that's why I am wake up Hindi night and watch the movies till the late night and this will makes me to sleep in the morning.

Usually when you watch a very difficult movie , and then after the movie you think , and you can not sleep, I think you need to rest in the evening to sleep peacefully

Right before I go to sleep I always think about the things I've done during that day. What I did wrong, how well did I spent my time and what things could I improve and do better. After that I think about the next day, what plans do I have, what I'm going to do in the morning when I wake up and kind of things that go on in my head. Sometimes I would like to get rid of this thoughts and just get to sleep but mostly I think they are pretty useful.

I do love downloading movies then watched it when my everyone in our house already sleeping, it's a good way to watch without any interference with other people around the house,it's give me a lots of focus knowing that nobody will bother me,.

What keeps me awake last night is taking care of my infant baby.almost every night with my partner we been awake late night till morning because of our child.but one of the happiest happened in our lives to have this child in our life.

I think in the late night watching YouTube videos will definitely not giving the sleep for me because when I trying to sleep also that smartphone is always came into my mind so it will be a difficult time to sleep.

For me it’s Coffee that makes me awake specially when I am trading in weekends

I keep awake late night when I wacth a movie on tv or tube video.

If you stayed all night because of movies or in the front of your tv you will need to change that habits and develop a new one that will put money in your pocket. I suffered from this before and the habits is really very hard to break but if you can break it and channel your energy towards something profitable, there is no way you will not be happy with your life and prosper in all your ways!

Lol, the answer is valid IMO.   The worry about misunderstanding keeps afala awake  .  Imagine.. the what "ifs"  stuff.  It is horrible!


Watching anime keeps me awake at night, especially when I am waiting for the next episode of my favorite anime. Aside from that, if I started doing  stuff, I always intend to finish it without noticing the time.

Also gaming buddies mostly active during the night due to their countries time difference.

Enjoy the whining, teasing and taunting sessions with them.

What kind of work it takes all the day but still you need night time for completing it.Better take care of your health rather than job because you can make money later but once you are sick then it will affect your family and future.

Yeah, it is crazy, internet make our life hard and full time we are busy with it, we can't rest or sleep, because we all the time busy on laptop or mobile. That's why i call that people have addiction of mobiles and we can't give rest of our mind. It is bad for our health, we should determine ourself then we could rest and sleep on time.
