Man, it is sad that a great casino like this starts and only on the first days of the casino someone tried to hack them and get away with the hacking, and shamelessly tried to complain for the low withdrawal amounts as well.

These type of new places need money more than anything so they could continue existing until they get into a level where they would be fine no matter what and have a proper cold storage amount as well to prevent these type of setbacks.

Now, that some hacker did this horrible thing we have no idea what the future holds for them, they might continue no matter what but even if they continue it did created a big stepback, without this hack they could have continuing much better whereas with this hack even if they go on it wouldn't be as fast or as great. I meant no harm I mean this is sad that someone tried to steal your money, I am sure you guys will be better than ever after this, hell people pay other white hackers to actually pentest this issue and get it fixed and you got it organically so I am sure it will be fixed and you will rock even harder from now on. But there is a minimum withdrawal amount. After playing for about an hour and when I tried to withdraw it says insufficient available funds.
So I played until 0.01 dash and tried it again it took a bit longer to get there. It said the same thing.
Thought it was the fee isnt included so subtracted the fee from the total amount requesting to withdraw. Same error message on the page.
Looked for the faq to see what is allowed to withdraw. None on the page.
Now to see there is no minimum withdrawal here on your thread. I dont understand why I see this message on the screen

What do these play through times mean?
Is it how many times you win for the amount you are playing or the number of hands you play?
I started with the amount given. It is now triple the amount in the balance. But still receiving the amount insufficient funds when trying to withdraw those winnings.
I thought it meant the number of hands you play which have surpassed 100 hands by now.

But I think you misunderstood what I was saying.
I didn't double any capital. It was an amount given to me so to give my impressions and experience on using the site and its functionality. Nothing more.
I didnt just bet 10 hands to make this amount. It actually took me more than 100 hands and over a span of 2 days to get to the amount so I was able to withdraw. Since it was a given amount to me. So I did not deposit on to the site if this is what you were thinking with the word capital. Sorry if you mistook me in doubling my deposit.
