I can't access the site anymore since yesterday evening. Is the site down or is there something wrong on my side...?

I had a talk about 12 hours ago with the admin. That time they are working on it. That means site is down not only just for you. I am not also access. They are wokring on it. Please be patience hopefully this will come back online asap.

What's gonna happened on the result of yesterday daily wagering contest? Is that on pause then resume after the website fixed or all our wagering record will be reset once the website is online again? I already sleep after I play yesterday so I don't check the website right after that until now that I check it and see that the website is not accessible anymore. I hope that they will fix the display issue on the website and whatever they are fixing right now.

These things happen sometimes in all gambling sites. I guess the site got affected by some critical bug or they could be making some optimizations since it's been down for almost an entire day now. Stay patient.

One of the two options that you mentioned will most likely be executed. Am expecting them to reset it completely though. Let's see what happens.

The Blackjack.fun website has been down for over 24 hours now. Since system upgrades are typically carefully planned and announced in advance, it would be more likely that they are dealing with a serious bug in the system or a DDOS attack on the server.

My biggest concern is that no official announcement has been made on their social media channels or on this forum. In situations such as this, it is especially unwise to keep your clients in the dark. @sujonali1819, have you received word of some sort?

^ Yes I can confirm it was back now and I can able to access the site smoothly.
That was it a short update? More than 24 hours is long enough and it could be users will probably be worried about the fund they left there and I think they should have made an announcement regarding this so that their users are aware of the possible upgrade or whatever is the reason. We cannot deny the fact of thinking something negative about it, but as of now it is fine, I played again smoothly while looking what the future that has been changed but I was found nothing, probably that was a bug fixing.

However, I noticed that the user interface looks a bit odd now on my tablet (google chrome browser). They seem to be having issues with responsive design because the site appears more tailored for smartphones.

As I mentioned in one of my earlier posts, this site seems to exhibit abnormal behaviour at times on all devices(Tablets, Laptops, Mobiles etc) and it happens randomly based on what I observed.

Currently, the UI looks fine on my mobile, but seems out of place in Chrome and Edge on my laptop. The team needs to continue making optimizations on a regular basis.

The UI does not automatically fit all resolution screens, I also need to reduce to 50% of my browser screen to get a better interface UI. Because some word or feature is not good to see using default resolution screen of my browser.

Ah, I see. You're right, it looks much better when I zoom out to 70% or 60%. The only drawback is that the textual content becomes too small to read in that case. I still think it's something they should address on their part since I have never encountered such a problem on other gambling sites. A responsive website should automatically adapt to different screen resolutions.

I have some comment on the current status of the website. I'm playing most of the time using my mobile and I can't play any games except the in-house game Blackjack. Most of the game including live casino is not loading whenever I'm clicking it. And also the in-house red & black game is not working properly, I can't place any bet since when I'm trying to put some chips in the table, It just pile up x2 on the chips selection and can't spin. The graphics results to glitch after that which the chips I place is still showing whenever I'm browsing the other game. It will just remove after I refresh my browser.

Besides that, I'm having a good time on playing the In-house blackjack but sometimes the graphics is delay. The dealer card show firs before my last hit card show although the number count is updated so still good.

Design and layout of the website is fine. But I really don't like the concept of pop-up windows for any perform-able actions. Also wallet is pretty cool. The support option should be displayed on the home screen for easy assistance. Also signup and login should also be clearly visible. This site needs to be redesigned in order to become more user friendly.

Well on my glance upon making an account, I have experienced the same as yours, and I faced difficulties in creating an account because I did not drag it down to see that there is a ^{[create new account]} until such I realized that I need to lower the adjustment of my monitor screen into ^{[zoom 80%]} until was clearly visible including the button of T&C. Besides that I did not have to encounter any difficulties, in fact, I have tried all games using a Fun token which is I really enjoyed testing all games there. I hope there is a promo that will come soon.

And do you want to watch or already have a balance? If you try to using "FUN" token for opening Live Game then you can't because FUN token is not allowed to play on the live game only original games from Blackjack Fun.

Hey guys, coming back in to share more of my experiences as a new user/campaigner for Blackjack.fun. I think it's great to see a new product launch like this and we all got some stake in this so let's continue to make it better!

1. I played the daily wager contest and won yesterday, very happy for that, I think this is a really good feature to have.
2. I really really think we have to have auto betting as a feature for all table games. It's fine to click manually but autofeature is how you really can get casinos to grow fast as some people like me looooove betting millions of rolls every day. This means people can even automate betting while they work, or do other things.
3. Need to find a way to lower the minimums. Currently I noticed the games I tried have smallest min as 100 satoshi, which is 6.5 cents right now. This needs to be lowered to at least 10 satoshi (but I would argue 1 satoshi like most other good crypto casinos).

Well the proposal sounds good but for a gambler that can't afford the minimum amount to bet, it means gambling is not meant for them.
This was stated on the TOS [ https://blackjack.fun/provably-fair ] it is on number 12 --the minimum bet. When someone wants to bet and read the TOS perhaps they know how much the minimum and the maximum bet before using this gambling casino. But for me, that is good and fair enough but if the team will grant your proposal, much better.  At the same time, if they lower the minimum bet, it is also good if they will enable the auto bet.

How much do they get? and did is really worth or not, I believe the minimum bet is not such a big deal because in live casinos most them have 1$ minimum bet. Based from my experience gamble, you bet with under 1 cent just like wasting your time + not really gamble ~LOL

But I think it's low enough. Since you are making valuations using the USD, what happens if BTC's price dropped to let's say 5K?

10 sats would be = 0.0005 USD
1 sat would be = 0.00005 USD

Honestly, if you are the owner of a casino. Put yourself in their shoes, would this make any sustainable business sense?

Man guys, why all the hate for a simple suggestion? I'm in yesterday's top 10 wagerers and I don't see any of you in there, so if I like betting small does that make me a less serious gambler than you? I bet small at all my sites and I'm willing to bet I have higher levels and more wagers than most people commenting about this.

If it doesn't suit the owners, let them respond. I play, I use, I like the site, if my suggestion is bad, it's okay I mean some of you are advertising sites where you play free rolls for 3 satoshi, and laughing about whether it's worth betting under 1 cent 

For me it's not about looking down at the gambler, it's about stretching the dollar to give as much fun as possible, I see myself as an example. I bet tiny amounts but a LOT of volume.
