Why are prominent crypto enthusiast saying bitcoin will dip to $1000 ?

people give themselves all kinds of ranks these days. "prominent" LOL.
all we have these days is a bunch of newbies trying to make what they have lost by creating content everywhere and trying to make money from that. for example their bullshit youtube  videos is a nonstop wave of worthless content trying to make pennies.

is it possible? yes.
can someone predict it? no.
anybody who does, is a newbie trying to gain some attention and temporary fame in case his shot in the dark hit the target. it is the same as all those other newbies who were saying bitcoin will reach $50k back when it was on the rise, and then called themselves "experts".

No one is able to ascertain what the future price of Bitcoin will be like. As our cryptocurency user and also I can only hope that in 2019 there will be many Bitcoin investors returning to hunt for Bitcoin, so the price of bitcoin will increase.

There are no experts in bitcoin price predictions, unless they have nostradamus type abilities. Tommy lee is probably the worst at predicting but he is certainly an expert in crypto.

Everyone can just come and predict the fall of bitcoin price and still go home and constantly checking the price and hoping it goes up.

Not because someone is a bitcoin enthusiast it doesn't automatically mean that he/she is necessarily bullish on it, especially in the short term. It can definitely drop to the $2000 mark as it's honestly not that far off, we just don't know if it actually would. People also thought in the past that $6,000 was the floor, and then it dropped, and dropped, and dropped.

It's all over the place... you can see people predicting Bitcoin will go down to $1,000 and others saying it will go up to $100,000. Some will be right, but most will be wrong and there's no way to know it until it happens.

I think for $ 1000 it will make many traders frustrated, but I don't believe it will happen it will probably touch $ 2000 but it won't stand too long on that support, I will buy it if indeed the price will drop from support buy $ 3400

Again, they're just like you and me, they are not experts but just throwing arbitrary numbers around. Maybe the only reason why they wanted to see the price hits the floor is pretty obvious, they wanted to scope lots of bitcoin specially when the price goes to $1,000, so they have some motive behind saying this and that. But the most important thing is you learn how to play with and take advantage of every price dip.

Oh well everyone got theyr opinion right ? It does not mean hes right Everything is possible in crypto and i know there is chance that BTC can go even to 500$ I just make my own decisions , i do not trust charts in crypto currently as there is quite low marketcap in whole crypto

Trying to crash it in the name of analysis? Well the dips dont matter anymore as long as Bitcoin still exist as currency.   There is no reason while it should continue to dip at the moment yet somehow they know why others dont.

Also, analysts only bank on other analysts' prediction, so it's not uncommon to see a plethora of same predictions on different websites and sources. $1000 is a possibility, but not gonna happen in the next few months if bitcoin proves its ground on where it's at right now.

People can make predictions about what they want but its not the determining factor. The same set of people are the ones that would be full of several predictions about how price is heading for the moon should a minor push should just happen. The bone of contention is that whatever they like they can say, its not what makes price what it is.

And besides don’t you know the simple reason for this Fud?because those people wanted the bitcoin price go down higher so in that case they may purchase as many as they can have to save for the future
