They are new lealana Monero coins made by Smoothie that were first "announced" around Christmas time and then a month later randomly posted this as some sort of mintage post without giving details of how/if he was selling them, and then locked up the thread.

I located a few for sale from someone who has resold for Smoothie in the past.  The premium they were looking for was way over the top of anything reasonable.
