I have searched and found their YouTube channel (CryptoGamblers Pub). Those guideline videos are still available but don't know why links at OP are broken. Normally they charge 5% fee for lower amount. If you exchange higher amount then the fee become 3%. Though I think the fee is slightly high. But overall it's not easy to run this type of service. So taking fee is reasonable no matter how big the amount is.

If you check the fee of other gambling sites internal exchange service then you will consider this fee as reasonable. All of them charge almost same fee like this. I have used Dinabot service few many times and I can say that it is safe to use. Though I have always exchanged small amount. See my history.

I actually had a similar idea to this but never had the time to carry on with a project - good on you for doing this.

I do think though that you probably want to make it a bit clearer to the users how the entire exchange process is done. I've been fishing around for answers on your site with no avail, and your youtube video (at least the English version), is also down at the moment.

Regarding your question:

Exchange is fully automated, by using tipping systems of gambling sites. To perform an exchange you need to: fill form on our site, check all inputs and proceed to next. On 3rd page you will be told to send selected amount (as per you've requested for exchange) to Dinabot and press Finish. Fees are not this big. First of all our services created to exchange/transfer small amounts of crypto and most of profit goes to managing balances and hosting for exchange itself. For bigger amounts users can use some external exchanging services (after withdrawing from site). What we offer is 5% standard rate for exchanges. For higher amount we have lower rates up to 3%. Plus we have loyality system, which allows to reduce exchange fee (Based on last week exchanged amount up to 3%). With that loyality system and higher amount exchange fee can be reached to 0% (if not hidden). Also for users who don't make lots of exchanges we have promocodes posted either on supported sites forums or on our social media.

Maybe this could be a reason why you got denied but mainly gambling sites undergo AML policies which may affect them if they let the people to exchange their cryptos. So from the owner's point of view they shouldn't encourage such activities so they denies it.

Unexpectedly I discovered this topic.  And was very happy.
Because I didn't even know that such a useful service for all players had already been invented and implemented.  And this was done more than two years ago! 
I also think that devs work on increasing the number of participants in the exchange, as our friend suggests.  Maybe add even more than the campaigns that he wrote. 
The service is also very relevant because recently there have been problems with fees and transaction speed.  Bitcoin breaks records not only in price, but also in commissions.  Alas
