Maybe out of many people don't know what is "Fight With We Mind" (same like when we focus on something but there is something from our mind that rejects it), now I experienced this and I have tried everything but the results nothing, so any idea to keep focus ?

Do you mean "rejects it" as in experiencing cognitive dissonance or you focus on the wrong thing or are you not able to maintain focus?

Not familiar with "Fight With We Mind"

Never heard of that,but what i know is we are the owner of our self means we can directly dictate what we wanna do.

I think you just need a longer rest with new ambiance so your mind will be relaxed,try also to have some good massage with aromatherapy,hope this could help

You can not fight with thoughts, because it is not possible! Yes, you can prohibit something for yourself, but ... it is not you who prohibit it, but your other thoughts, ie it is a struggle of thoughts with thoughts. A person is equipped in such a way that three individuals of thinking live inside him: “I am a parent”, “I am a child”, “I am a philosopher”, and it is these three concepts that fight with each other. Often the thoughts of a parent look like this: do not go there, it’s dangerous there, you shouldn’t do it, you should rather sit at home, it's warm and cozy here! Our internal child says - what are you? there are as many things in the world that are good, interesting, let's try it all, let's learn something new. And our internal philosopher - likes to reflect on mistakes, to make an analysis, to try to understand life from another point of view, the philosopher is always in search of meaning. Exactly these three concepts often fight among themselves, thus making the captive doubtful to a sane person.

To fight with the mind, this is the same as fighting with your own shadow! This process is not possible! Even if you stopped thinking about something that hurt a lot! Other thoughts will appear, and so will be constantly.

You can absolutely fight with your own shadow; it's a very Jungian thing.

Those would be examples of ways "you" (your self) identifies with your ego.
Those types of identities can easily coexist with each other.

Are you having an identity crises? It's a normal thing to wonder who you are and how you fit into the world.

You have to condition ur mind to create desirable outcomes and remove any negative thoughts and condition your subconscious mind.
