What good is being #1 by volume if it is just people trading on exchanges? By that I mean buying and selling other coins.
As long as the numbers are real then being the top coin in terms of volume is a good thing since that means that people are interested in exchanging that coin, a coin with an higher volume is more difficult to manipulate so that means that the price you are seeing is more accurate than the price of a coin that is barely traded at all, besides a coin with more volume is easier to trade and you do not have to worry about moving the market with your orders which is a real problem if you are a whale trying to buy enough of that coin to obtain profits in the future.
