PROPOSAL. Predefined titles for altcoin section

I would like to make a good proposal for altcoin announcements subforum. Right now over there the titles are like a jungle, and it's hard to find in a first look which coins are in first page.

My proposal is predefined titles, something like this:

[ANN/PRE] [XXX] TITTLEOFTHECOIN - Description in X words.
