If that paper is a paper wallet filled with BTC and you have a Paper wallet scanner and teh software to manage it then yeah, pretty much. Except for the coins raining down. Cheesy

OP naa you are doing it totally wrong..! One must take the max currency note available from your wallet and the tear  that apart  from middle then throw one peice in north and one in south, then run bitcoin-qt in your system collect those peices burn them in Yellow flame dig a hole in ground hide it there..! and then after 1 week mine what you hide...! and this is some highest level of RUBBISH i came up with..!
