That's a good point of view and I fully share it. But you know it's very hard sometimes to determine whether the project is a scam or not. During these last few years scammers have learnt how to act and what to do in order to deceive even professional investors. Let alone the newbies...That's why we need to get experience and skill to avoid such scam stories and leave them behind.

there are still a lot of people who don't know what cryptocurrency is or how to use it and they are the main target of those scammers who have been a virus in this space. it will take some time for the mass adoption but hopefully all scammers has been caught by that time.

Now people has enough knowledge how to work and move about Cryptocurrency. Some are don't know, they are still worry and confusion to invest in Crypto.

This is true as a lot of persons still don't have direct knowledge on how the Cryptocurrency Space is being run. We were made to become holders because of the situation we found ourselves. Indeed, the learnings that those newbies was taking so long since the market needed to recover back. Because of their rush actions, they tend to hold their funds instead of the expectations that they'll be able to sell at shorter terms due to attracted with bull run of 2017. It made me recall my friend whose selling tokens nearly worth $18k-$19k worth of btc, ended lesser than that amount when he panicked during successive down trend of btc market. He learned a big lesson from that scenario.

In 2017, I think that all the users who started to trade in this market and got the loss came to the point they deserve, because the investors who started to trade and invest in this period entered the market with insufficient information. Those individuals who wanted to make money by the easy way have suffered serious losses and they also learned indirectly that they would not earn money. Due to the rise of this period, users who have entered the market without any knowledge and experience have learned something due to the recent decreases. That is true. If cryptocurrency was not adopted by peoples in the first place, there wouldn't be any bull run in 2017.

And money talks. There are services out there who can help you legitimize your ICO as long as you do have the money to start with, maybe collected from your early investors. Once these 3rd party service providers promoted your ICO, it will all look legit convincing the newbies and the experienced ones to join in and invest in your newly created token.

That's right. But the problem is that 2017 was really a bull-run. There's a lot of money flowing, even a simply airdrop will yield good dividends that's why noobs thought that crypto market is very easy and it doesn't have to have a knowledge to make a lot of money here.

But 2018 was very different, gone are the days wherein joining bounties will get you dividends are the ICO. Projects have been holding, because they're afraid that the price of their tokens will go down because of the hunters mindset to dump it as soon as they got their rewards.
