Litecoin is really a fantastic project, to me i rate it second next to bitcoin with its full range benefits and development.
But 12% increase is still a lower price. and yes it is a very fast means of payment,

I do rate litecoin highly but the market situation and lack of volume is what that is keeping market down, for litecoin im definitely looking for 200 to 300 mark and at the moment it is very undervalued and maybe a good buying opportunity.

I think I read somewhere that this rise is because Litecoin will implement the Mimblewible protocol, sorry if I spell this wrong. In this case and as I wrote another post this is what Litecoin must do to go up. Not just get comfortable that it is high on the top but make sure that it keeps us interested. Same goes for all coins, they must have substance and good use.
If Litecoin does this then it will see good prices the next bull run.

I think the prospect of litecoin is quite good this year. LTC increased 12% today when news about the LTC May is spread, which is a good sign.

I think litecoin is going to achieve another milestone this 2019 just like it rose from $2 in early 2017 and got to its ATH. Litecoin is designed to follow after bitcoin and it will most likely prove that this year.

40$ is the next target of the LTC in the coming days, and in 2019 I believe the LTC will reach 100$ or at least 80$ when 2019 ends. LTC is one of my favorite altcoin and is investing in it

Being wise and knowing things that influenced the current movements will allow you to prevent possible trapped, there's always the other side of a great movement inside this industry, we need to be more extra careful yet observant in order to make a proper call, litecoin give it's supporters a good bounce
and create some interest with traders who's dealing with sorting the market, just need to avoid big whales to play dip so the recovery period will last for long.

Litecoin has been doing very well lately I do not know how long it can sustain its current growth but if you are a trader then you can still get some profits by buying now, but not as many as those that took a position weeks ago when its price was clearly too low, but my short term prediction for litecoin is that we could get to see a price of 50 dollars for each coin which is not bad because even those that buy now could get a 15% profit if we reach that price.
