People are so much concern about the market of price of bitcoin than the actual benefits bitcoin has introduced to the financial world. We need to understand that there will never going to be a bull run of Bitcoin. What happened in the latter part of 2017 is not going to happen again. Its time people looked beyond the market value of Bitcoin and focus on the real function of it.

We are investors so we should be really patient. It is true that there is no guarantee that the price will increase but instead of losing your money on selling off quickly your investment, we should just wait. You need to wait for longer to see the bull will come and you need to have more patience. Without having a patient, you only get stress and cannot realize that the bull market will not happen in a short time. I still waiting for the bull market and I am happy for a while to see the price can jump to $3600 and I am fine if I need to be patient.

Just like what smart investors do in a bear cycle, buy and accumulate as much as you can. Eventually, bull run has to happen, might takes years though, but definitely it will come. This is really a journey and if you don't have patience in this market, then you should get out because it's not for you. I wouldn't do any investment on ICO's, too risky because of so many of them don't have real life usage and will just be a tool for manipulators for a pump-and-dump scheme. Stick to the old and proven crypto, and that is bitcoin.

The day you posted this topic, the bull gods have answered your prayers, it is not exactly a bull run in the price but we saw some recovery from the week old downward movement.  anything is possible in this market and never expect the market to be like this all the time, we will see both sides of the coin, you cannot have bull run all the time or vice versa, the markets will recover in due time, it might even take a couple of years or even more than that, but the bulls will return in this market and that is what everyone is waiting for.

This is a very sad question to ask about. But what if this really come to happen? I can't help but to imagine that this will bring a total disaster to a lots of crypto users, most especially to the investors of Bitcoin crypto currency, much more to say those big known people of the crypto. ICOs are becoming so bad publicity for the crypto scene that no one wants to join anymore If you ask me. Not to mention that people who are joining are coming for the wrong reasons, they want the quick profit without even studying the technology and that doesn't help us in the long term.

I'm one of the investors who quitted in investing in ICOs. The ICO has now bad reputation from the cryptocurrency community. For those who investors who still have plan on investing in icos,  you should ne really careful due to the risks that you are going to face.

It means nothing if you look at the bitcoin as a way of digital money transfers. I mean bitcoin has got many more applications than just earning money for the investors. If over the period of time it doesn't come up with bullish trend and stuff then it won't collapse but might get focused for its real application of making digital transfers. It is that simple to think. But most of the people here are investment minded and want quick rich schemes from bitcoin which it can't provide as such.

bull run is simply another stage in the market which happens unless that market is dead so unless you think bitcoin is dead there is no reason for a bull run to not happen ever again. so the real question is whether you think bitcoin is dead or not?

besides, unlike other markets, bitcoin is constantly growing because it is new and is on the path to mass adoption. and as the adoption of it grows, the demand grows and with a limited supply the price rises inevitably.

If the bull run will not takes its place this year, maybe it is not a problem because if we are really a true crypto lover we can hold our asset even if the bull run will not come for so long. Are you thinking the bull will never come because of people's expectations? This is quite weird. Have you taken some time off to search through the history of cryptocurrency? If yes, then i know you noticed the periodic alternation between bear and bull markets. One market condition is never permanent irrespective of how long it last. Bull market will return whether you believe it or not.

If the price could stabilise, and the adoption could spread out then I don't mind with the current price, bull run is for attracting more investors and the adoption, bull run will make the bitcoin future better, but the one that we need is the price stability and the investors that really invest because of the technology

This can be happen. Or the bull that we expect, it may not be what we want. When we call the bull, we remember the big price increases that occurred at the end of 2017. What if the price doesn't rise so fast in the next bull season?
